18:57 I think a lot of people can resonate with that, you know. Even if it's not homelessness even if its not the bailiff showing up at your door or getting into debt...I think people can really resonate with that struggle when you're in the mess of it and it feels like it's going to last forever And nothing lasts forever. And it's about, yeah, just soldiering through that really having the resilience and the determination to pull yourself through it Thank you for sharing. Absolutely love that story, it's so inspiring and but it does so much more than inspire which is what I want to talk about because this podcast is called The Business of Stories because it's not just about telling inspiring stories
19:47 How those stories help to position you in the way that you want to be positioned so that you can build the business of your dreams by connecting with your idol clients through stories that really resonate with them and make them feel like you get them. And they want to go on the journey with you by their side, right? Otherwise it's just a nice inspiring story if it doesn't position you the way that you want to be positioned. My kind of goal for all of the episodes in my podcast is to show listeners
20:25 Not just the stories they have, but how to explore their stories in all the ways that I've talked about in previous episodes. Like positioning yourself as the guide in your client's story, turning your message into a movement Bringing your unique blend of experiences and insights and adversity to your work, and how that makes what you do and what you offer unique. So loads of stuff there that I'd love to explore with you but... To start with how much of your story do you think is your driver now? And why behind what you do? I think it's a hundred percent! I know where i've been
21:11 And I never want to be back there again. Yeah, and I know that there are other people where I have been when they message you you know when they reach out You really feel their struggle and I can see myself in them and i'm like if only you knew it's so frustrating sometimes because you want to fast forward them into the result but like you say you have to go on a journey And that journey is why I do what I do and why I share my story so much. Ultimately, I do want to be able to open like a charity or something. To help underprivileged children and young people... ...To give them that vision of where they can be So that is definitely one of my big goals And i will continue to use my story Sometimes it's a little bit
