A report is given on a recent trip to the Culture and Christianity Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, hosted by Pastor Alan Jackson. Jackson, who leads a church of over 15,000 people, is described as a statesman-like voice for engaging the public square with a biblical worldview. The discussion highlights the importance of the church moving outside its four walls to influence modern culture.

The hosts explore the intersection of secular culture and Christian faith, referencing an upcoming conference in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The pastor recounts a meeting with a mayor in Abilene, Texas, to illustrate how spiritual and civil governments can be allies rather than opponents. They cite the biblical reforms of King Josiah as a historical example of how rediscovering scripture can lead to both religious and political renewal.
