Property tax Government education or actually public education and another thing that they have employed Now they employed this in 1933 with the War on Emergency Powers Act The installed what's called executive orders There has been like 17000 executive orders by 10-12 presidents since 1933 that we've had

Like I say established in 1933 by the War and Emergency Powers Act It allows a president to enter laws in the Federal Register where the House and Senate cannot vote on the Federal Register guidelines And after 30 days it becomes law Clinton did this, I mean it's been going on for a long time but Clinton did this in 1993-92 which ultimately well what they do is they basically bribe the states in these federal mandates that are not voted on. Now this is very important when you understand what your enemy's doing to ya, I think this is the most important element in the equation You don't really have to understand a lot of the systems that they've got created where they gain resources although I think thats important too but what I want to encourage people to do is start recognizing the various mechanisms
