University of Colorado football coach Deion Sanders faced criticism from some Christians after he was caught on a live mic praying in tongues following a game. The hosts defend Sanders, arguing that he was simply taking a private moment to calm himself after a high-pressure event. They explain the concept of a "prayer language" to the "Christ curious" audience, demystifying the practice of speaking in tongues.

The hosts use the analogy of a speed governor on a bus to describe how the Holy Spirit can regulate a believer's reactions. They focus on the power of the tongue, which the Book of James describes as a small thing with massive consequences. In the digital age, this "tongue" has been replaced by fingertips on a keyboard, making the temptation to snap back even more prevalent.
