The process for selecting guest speakers to fill the pulpit involves long-term relational trust rather than random bookings. Upcoming and past speakers mentioned include Chris Dunham, Tommy Hayes, Victor Marks, and Todd from Nashville. A highlight is the upcoming visit from Papa Don Finto of Caleb Global, a spiritual mentor to artists like Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant.

The hosts detail the various ministries at Bridge Church, including the Catalyst group, women's ministry, and Bible studies with Tommy Hayes. They address the controversial decision to host active shooter training, which led one family to leave the congregation. The leadership emphasizes the importance of keeping families together during worship while providing age-appropriate dismissals.
