A planned group trip to Israel was canceled last minute following intelligence reports of imminent conflict. The hosts cite reports of increased military activity at Dyce Air Force Base in Abilene, Texas, and warnings from contacts in Tel Aviv and state representatives to avoid the region just before Iran launched an attack.

Due to escalating tensions with Iran and frequent air raid sirens in Tel Aviv, the hosts decided to postpone their planned trip to Israel for the larger group. While a smaller group of single individuals proceeded with the trip led by Pastor Brian, the couples and older participants rescheduled for October.
