Glenn Beck released an audio series titled The American Story, which includes a detailed dramatization of the Great Awakening. The narrative begins after the Salem witch trials, describing a period of spiritual decay in New England churches. Pastor Solomon Stoddard of the First Congregational Church in Northampton, Massachusetts, is credited with urging his congregation to pray for a spiritual revival that eventually ignited a massive movement.

The hosts discuss the importance of maintaining perspective on national news, contrasting high-profile incidents involving ICE officers with the high number of shootings in Chicago and assaults on police. They mention participating in a church fast that includes staying away from social media. They reference King Solomon’s view that much of modern digital noise is "vanity."

Scripture from Ecclesiastes and Ephesians is cited to warn against being quickly provoked, noting that "anger resides in the lap of fools." The hosts discuss the meaning of "offense" as a stumbling block and the glory found in overlooking it. They encourage listeners to get rid of bitterness and rage, replacing them with the compassion and forgiveness that God extended through Christ.
