Responding in the Opposite Spirit to Political Hostility
Pastor Jimmy Toney advocates for "coming in the opposite spirit" by responding to hate with love and cursing with blessing. He shares that he and his wife pray by name for political figures like Tim Walz and Gavin Newsom rather than harboring hatred. The hosts emphasize the importance of a disciplined morning routine to set a spiritual tone for the day before engaging with digital devices.
