Topic: Communion

The service at Crossroads Church featured an English-speaking congregation with many expats from South Africa and a diverse group of young families. The pastor concluded a four-part series on the Book of Revelation, followed by a worship set led by an enthusiastic drummer and a female vocalist. The experience of communal worship and communion in a full auditorium served as a reminder of a global spiritual presence.

The hosts recount how Bridge Church handled a recent ice storm in Texas by pre-recording the worship service and communion. They discuss the challenges of preaching to an empty auditorium, a skill learned during the COVID-19 pandemic, and praise their production team for seamless editing. The segment concludes with a mention of the "adopt, adapt, and overcome" mentality used to maintain the church's connection with its congregation.
