Topic: Pilot Program

A gentle planning framework was initially tested with a mastermind group before launching as a three-month pilot program on November 30, 2020. Although the original plan was to open the club to the public in early 2021, the fatigue of the COVID-19 pandemic led to a decision to slow down. This period of reflection allowed for a deeper evaluation of how the club could best serve both the members and the founder.

Since its inception in November 2020, the Make It Happen Club has supported 40 solo business owners in finding focus. What initially felt like a "false start" during the extended pilot phase is now viewed as a necessary period of evolution that strengthened the club's foundation. Looking back after four years, the challenges faced during the development phase are recognized as essential for long-term success.
