The Hero Academy is a year-long coaching and accountability program featuring an 8-Week Life Accelerator. The vision for the academy originated during a blizzard in the Austrian mountains following a difficult breakup. The program provides a training library with modules from various experts covering the F5 categories of fitness, focus, family, finance, and fun.
