You'll be doing a session and I called them the light bulb moments where you say something and all of sudden you see this look on their face like oh yeah! I get that! And you'd see these kids, whether they were little shits or whether they were high-end future prime ministers or whatever. You'd see them and you'd see this something you had said had made a difference and it opened up something in their lives. It opened up a question or given them an answer or helped him to think something through. And that moment is intoxifying. It's so amazing to feel like you've been able to help someone through

And it...I know that some of those someone one of those kids has gone on to found a youth work charity that's helped hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of kids! My week is a couple of funny things, couple of rather difficult things as well but that's not so much fun but um So the book that I was in, right? Being Fine which actually goes live today. And the amazing thing was though that the experience after that bad thing happened was pretty much consistent

16:58 So for any men listening to this, it's a classic thing that men do is oh no one will understand. I can't talk about it like it's just me. I'm the only one struggling and no one else has ever had a miscarriage. No one else has ever lost a brother. No one else has ever gone bankrupt like guess what loads of us have and the best thing you can do is bloody talk about it so this book Being Fine It's transformational as well as inspirational because you've got everyday guys. And it's not like a self-help book or, uh, you know how to be brilliant? I was an ordinary bloke going about my life and then this happened... And and amazing, really amazing. So if you check out on Amazon Being Fine and someone said at the end of that one of the people like The Guest they said what should we do if if if we've got a friend in our life who we know is struggling? And actually it sounds a bit trite to say oh well go get them this book but it's really low barrier way to say have a read of this because I think you might get something out of him.
