01:36 Too many men are just feeling lost, out of control. They're working hard but things aren't working out like life is running through their fingers it's a modern day syndrome we don't have enough fun the relationships that are most important to us start to creak and this ultimately whether it's a relationship breakdown or business breakdown Some level of emotional cracks, health cracks or ultimately the shocking rate of male suicide. This isn't how it should be and we as men, as friends of each other's, as brothers fathers sons it's our responsibility to take control and create not just a life for ourselves but the life for people around us For our children of course our families but as legacy to the communities and generations to come
