No, well did I ever tell you about when I derailed a train at a family barbecue summer garden party? You derailed a train?!

I know, so my dad's friend was like a train enthusiast and in his garden massive garden, couple of acres kind of thing he had a replica train on tracks with I'm pretty sure it was electric and not steam, but the thing looked like a steam engine. And then it had two carriages behind it. Two of them were kind of closed in with doors and one of them at the third one was open just like an open thing with benches in. So it's a barbecue so there are probably 50-60 families there kids you couldn't get adults in this thing wasn't big enough things got 20 or 30 kids in it. It's going round around now I'm on it right

I've noticed we keep going past this lever yeah so oh god as we go past i just lean over and flick the lever without a thought as to what the lever does of course yeah because there's always random levers by railways that do nothing isn't there It was the points, it was the points right? So the train and the first carriage that I'm on has gone over the point. I've flicked the lever which now sends the changes of track back into the side and the back two carriages completely derail!

So yeah, because I met him loads through charity stuff so he was retiring and they'd asked me to do the speeches for After The Dance. HRH and David on one side and then CEOs or whatever's on the other but some of people around the table were Americans and of course for me

Made it had to leave my station walk down the corridor down the stairs through the second corridor down the third stairs out through the courtyard across the courtyard into the outer west wing down through the stairs into the cellar into the pantry select your beverage

Clipped into this thing And it's not comfortable, as well as the seat being up my arse. It's like I'm on edge and I don't think of myself as a nervy person but I'm clipped into this thing there are cars coming past me trying to work out the key...

The first triathlon I did was in 2003 and ever since then I've ridden my bike and it was a revelation when I lived in London because all of a sudden I had to ride to kind of work out and I started seeing parts of London I didn't know, I wasn't having to get on the tube, I loved it and ever since then I've been a cyclist really not

Totally so they're going Daddy! Daddy come up!! So yeah course I will no worries. So I'm climbing up this thing and its windy and I get to the top and I was like bloody hell
