Texas Representative Chip Roy is featured in a clip discussing what he characterizes as a "civilization jihadist process" aimed at undermining Western civilization. Roy references a 1991 Muslim Brotherhood memorandum and argues that Islam should be recognized as a political ideology designed to wage war on Judeo-Christian values. He asserts that while the First Amendment protects belief, the U.S. must maintain its foundation in Western principles.
