A local program called "Devos and Donuts," started by a woman named Naomi, has seen significant growth at a public middle school in Fredericksburg. Despite initial concerns about giving students sugar before class, the school principal reported that the days featuring worship music and donuts are the best days of the year for student behavior. The program recently hosted nearly 300 children at a new school location.

While they support his goals, they reflect on the importance of tone and delivery in public leadership. One host shares a perspective from 42 years in the "people business," noting that aggressive approaches often cause administrators to shut down.
