Drawing on the book "Touch the World Through Prayer" by Wesley Duel, the hosts discuss the metaphysical impact of prayer. They argue that prayer is not limited by geography or time and can move "atmospheres" and nations. They conclude that the world's problems are primarily spiritual rather than political, requiring a spiritual response.

The hosts discuss the biblical principle from 2 Corinthians 10 of "taking every thought captive" to maintain mental and spiritual order. The conversation turns to physical preparation for their upcoming trip to Israel, including breaking in new Meryl hiking shoes. Pastor Jimmy Toney explains why he prioritizes his morning spiritual time over early morning exercise with his wife.
