Staff Retreat, Annual Planning, and First Anniversary Celebration
The hosts open the 48th episode from Rotterdam, Netherlands, and Marble Falls, Texas, marking the show's first anniversary. One host describes a staff planning retreat at an Airbnb involving team-building activities, cooking, and watching comedy specials by Tim Hawkins and JJ Rawlings. The retreat serves as a "state of the union" for the church staff to align on the master calendar and vision for the upcoming year.
