Private Property Rights, Environmentalism, Austin City Council Hypocrisy
A discussion critiques the use of environmentalism as a tool to usurp private property rights, drawing parallels to the Stasi and the Mike Hanson archives. Specific allegations are made against an unnamed Austin City Council member whose property is reportedly in disrepair with swarming mosquitoes and derelict vehicles, while the city targets other residents for minor lawn infractions. The dialogue connects these local issues to broader political themes, including Bill Clinton's hate speech summit and perceived attacks on the First and Second Amendments.

00:00 Hi, this is David Thibodeau and I love the Mike Hanson archives. Absolutely! or the Stasi, or whatever. That's a very important element to all of this and we're seeing this now on many different types of issues where they encourage people to tattle on it The excuse in the paper is that people are asking for this And you'll see Mr Ellingson's lawn there is no problem he didn't even mess with it He didn't change anything to it I drove by the day he faxed it to me two Thursdays ago like July 17th I drove by and got notice on July 16
00:55 And I literally fell out of my vehicle almost when I drove by on West 37th because it's right off there and there is no problem. Then you go by the council members house, and I heard some other council members are even worse we're going to talk about those later but I'm sure they'll have it all cut by then. And literally looks like Tarzan lives there, you'l see swarming mosquitos that were biting me and your producer who did an excellent job And then we were told by neighbors who had nice homes. This is a nice neighborhood this councilman lives in very very pretty little neighborhood with you know birds flying around stuff But it was like all the homes were nice and pretty except for the council members home and her rent house Across the street had a tarp on the roof that the neighbors pointed out five different sets of neighbors Yeah, yeah That's that's our property to look at in a blue target been there for a year And there's bugs and mosquitoes flying out of their place is weird and you'll be able to see the footage of it more in depth
01:49 And then these people will counter, we have to there's laws. That's right there are laws now keep in mind folks what is important about this The people that are mandating the laws, supposedly... and I think there's some questions to all this. Environmentalism is all about taking private property! I mean it-I mean it-the establishment line of environmentalism which isn't environmentalism It's an excuse to usurp private property rights and make despotic inroads into private property And now Clinton's having this hate speech summit which is attacking the First Amendment The Second Amendment's under siege
02:24 I mean, let me just make this point Alex. What's important about all of this is that this is actually a person's home that supposedly on the surface dictating to the city manager and staff what's going to be happening. At least Lither since 1947! No, I'm talking about the footage we've got coming up here. And their house, the council members' house as we will see in the footage It's a hundred times worse. It is worse than the fellow here that is being targeted Oh, and there also a derelict vehicle with vines in it This isn't... this is residential neighborhood This isn't the country or something where you'd see this It looks like a car that was left on an Amazon rain basin And you can be sure that they're... It has got veins curling around it You can be sure that they are watching Now listen to me Here is the thing we need to make most clear That is
