River City Talk(Classic 1995) Host Mike Hanson & Jeff Davis Expose Ruby Ridge Murders [k6Grgz 2WHc] cover

About this episode

Producer Mike Hanson and guest Jeff Davis mark the three-year anniversary of the Ruby Ridge siege on Austin Community Television, detailing the federal assault that killed Sammy and Vicki Weaver. The broadcast features Randy Weaver’s first-person testimony regarding the FBI Hostage Rescue Team and the tactical decisions made by sniper Lon Horiuchi. Hanson uses the platform to promote his book, Bohemia Grove: Cult of Conspiracy, while seeking funds to digitize over 2,000 archival VHS tapes.

Jeff Davis challenges the $3.1 million Weaver settlement as taxpayer-funded blood money and demands criminal indictments for federal agents involved in the Waco and Oklahoma City tragedies. The discussion highlights Failure Analysis Associates' 1995 testing of ammonium nitrate, which proved that chemical additives cannot effectively neutralize the explosive potential of commercial fertilizer. Callers debate the rise of the militia movement, the implementation of national ID systems through computer-chipped driver's licenses, and the transition of food stamps to Texas Star debit cards for financial surveillance. Davis further criticizes FEMA for arbitrary flood zone designations and the NHTSA for a massive recall of 8.7 million defective seatbelts.

Host Mike Hanson draws a monthly trivia winner from his lucky hat, naming Scott Wyatt as the recipient of prizes from Sonic Drive-In and Doo Wops. Guest George Humphrey joins the final segment to advocate for personal sovereignty against the New World Order. The episode concludes with a trivia reveal identifying cocaine as the substance used by Sherlock Holmes at the start of his literary career.

And I think they will be and a lot of predictions were made on these shows for the future and I wanna get them up. So please subscribe to Mike Hanson Archives on YouTube. Hanson Archives, and my new one is Waco Archives. Which anything we did with Waco you know we rebuilt the church out there in 1999 and I was friends with a lot of the survivors in mid 90's And all those interviews that I can put together were going to put on Waco Archives

I'm sorry to interrupt, I'm putting this in between some of the old shows and if you wanna write us...I wrote a book called Bohemia Grove Cult of Conspiracy where Alex Jones and I snuck into the Bohemia Grove. I am funding this operation if you send me $25 to 901 St. Joseph Street in Gonzales, Texas I will send you a signed copy of my book and the money will go to

03:02 Either I give all the money that comes from my book to the Branch Davidian Church or to help them every year. This year we didn't get to go up there because of the virus, or I put it into putting these tapes on YouTube. Of course, I have to fund a lot of this myself cuz That don't go a long way. I just got a box of new books in so if you'd like to do it, you can also call 830-672-8000

03:39 3089 and put it on the credit card. All right, my tacos are here so I'll talk to you later God bless I love Mike Hanson Archives! CHAPTER 03 / 20 Discussion

Ruby Ridge Siege, Weaver Family Testimony

A documentary segment details the tactical specifics of the FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) during the Ruby Ridge standoff. Randy Weaver provides a first-person account of being shot in the arm and witnessing the death of his wife, Vicki Weaver, who was killed by a sniper while holding their infant daughter. The narrative highlights the $25,000 cost of a military bridge built during the siege and the subsequent media blackout.

randy weaver· vicki weaver· sammy weaver· hrt· fbi

08:29 Man who heads the HRT team six months later in Waco, Texas. The snipers who are on the HRT team are taught to hit by shooting a dime off of fence post from 200 meters or 660 feet away They are equipped with Remington Model 700 rifles with special barrels and a 10-power scope. There are ten men on the team. Military personnel are equipped with rocket launchers and grenade launchers as well as light tanks A 20 square mile area was declared a disaster area, and families were displaced and moved from their homes

09:09 This made citizens of Idaho very angry and upset at the federal government's show of power on a small family. Of course, all who are aware of the event are also aware of the death of Marshal William Deegan. However no one except the Marshals who were in on the initial raid and The Weavers are aware of Sam's death This news is not made public for five more days

10:05 The next day, sometime late afternoon we heard our two remaining dogs start barking. Kevin, Sarah my oldest daughter and I left the house to check the north perimeter We didn't see anything so i was going to the guesthouse where Sam was To see him one last time As I reached up to unlatch the door I was shot from the rear And hit in the upper right arm The bullet exited through my armpit When everyone heard the shot, Kevin and Sarah came around behind me. And we headed for the house in this order myself, Sarah and then Kevin Vicky came to the door and yelled what happened? I yelled i'm hit! Vicky was holding the door open for us to get into the house with our 10 month old baby in her arms A shot rang out and Vicky fell to the floor She had been shot in the head She fell in such a way that our baby wasn't harmed

11:00 At the same time, Kevin fell through the door into the kitchen. As near as we can tell, Kevin was struck with a same bullet that hit Vicky leaving a very large wound on his left upper arm and penetrating his chest Needless to say, we realized snipers were everywhere They had killed Sam Wounded me And then killed Vicky And wounded Kevin Again, agents involved and close to the Weaver cabin know of the death of Vicky and the wounding of Kevin and Randy. But again, Vicky's death is not made public until Friday which is another six days away By Sunday some five to eight hundred federal troops have converged on the cabin

11:46 And special machinery and materials are brought in to build a bridge so as federal troops can get their heavy equipment up to the Weaver cabin. The building of this bridge would cost taxpayers some $25,000 by the time of its completion Of course, since the Weavers made everything public, the citizens from the surrounding area are to say the least outraged at the government's actions. It should also be noted that this time a national media blackout was in order.

CHAPTER 04 / 20 Discussion

Federal Siege Protests, Diesel Fuel Ultimatum Claims

Protesters confront federal agents at the Ruby Ridge perimeter, accusing them of misconduct. Reports surface alleging that the government planned to douse the Weaver cabin with diesel fuel from helicopters to force a surrender. A journalist reportedly saved the family by filming the helicopters, leading to his arrest for obstruction of justice after he swapped tapes to protect the footage from FBI confiscation.

12:41 Shame on you! Shame on you! Money's everything to these boys. Why don't you guys just go home? Well, when is that going to be when they're all dead? Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Shame on you bitches! Come on fellas! We're gonna cut on you buddy.

13:41 It is now Monday, three days into the siege and tensions on both sides are running high. On Monday helicopters also began to converge on the cabin Of course it is pure speculation but everyone protesting the siege believed that federal government was going to end it one way or another As reports began to surface about the government's intentions, journalists began to move to other locations throughout the hills to see if their speculation would ring true. As you will hear reporters received word that the government was going give Randy an ultimatum. That he either come out or they would douse the cabin with diesel fuel from the choppers above

14:28 If Randy still would not come out, then the government's plan to resolve the situation was to light a match and throw it in. Again it was pure speculation but what we know is that the reporter that caught The Chopper on film was later apprehended and arrested on charges of obstruction of justice His tape was also confiscated Luckily, the journalists switched tapes on FBI officials and this was their reasoning for the charges. Also luckily for the Weavers because of the actions of the journalist The remaining weaver lives were probably saved as a chopper made several circles then seen the reporter filming and left the area. We're about to be landing

15:20 No, but a piece of bloody is hitting the hill. There it is! He's right above it again. Still circling. Can you get pictures of that? I've got lots of picture cameras. Their intention is to drop diesel fuel on him and run the blaze down within minutes There he is. He's circling. Oh, and down through some of them up behind us! He's following down as I'm watching him. He's circling. There he is again.

16:23 It's going down. They're gonna be very careful if they drop stuff because they don't want to get any little creaks. Probably heading back out. Welcome to Russia

17:04 The FBI and the ATF take orders from the Constitution. Please listen to that, men! That's what you've taken a vow to do... not from George Bush Your constitution took about uphold that constitution and when you fail You can be held in charge and possibly will be each one of you individually ♪

CHAPTER 05 / 20 Discussion

Militia Movement, FEMA Flood Zone Criticisms

Jeff Davis returns live to address caller support for the militia movement, arguing that militias are historically significant for American freedom. The discussion shifts to government overreach, with Davis criticizing the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for placing his property in a flood zone without a physical inspection. He argues that centralized "Big Brother" government policies in Washington D.C. are inherently oppressive.

18:33 I'm gonna get you! Hey, hey. I'm gonna fucking finish you! You little fucking girl boy! No! You wanna kill me? Do it! Kill me! Let go! You bastard! They'll take you away, don't do this! Don't fucking kill me! You're a bastard! It was his fault that you guys killed that little boy. Okay, we're back live with Jeff Davis. We're going to go and get right to your phone calls This is River City talk we come on from 10 to 11 30 every Wednesday night Jeff show is on from Saturday 9 to 1030 9 to 10 30m channel. We never know when we're gonna be on around here do all right? Okay, we're gonna get right to your calls Welcome to River City talk

19:30 Jeff Davis is with us tonight. Mr. Davis? Yes sir! God bless you. Thanks brother You're a great man I'm just doing what i've been called to do That's right, you're trying to change what's supposed to happen in the future Well... There- y'know uh.. I believe that we are responsible for what happens Exactly, exactly Uh there's just so much to say and not enough time to talk about it Oh well we got an hour and half go right ahead I'll tell ya man if wasn't for guys like him talking this kind of stuff, it's fact. It's fact! Well, that's why we got him on. God bless you too! His opinions are not necessarily those of the host or producer and sponsors of the show.

20:30 i had to get that in. what blows my mind is I'm reading the other day about this so called poll they took and the majority of people claim they're afraid of the militia well, the militias saved this country from the Brits a long time ago! wake up! hello? come on ok we'll go right onto another call he's getting kinda irate Okay, hello. Welcome to River City Talk. We have a question for Jeff Davis. Yes. God bless you Jeff!

21:05 You're a good man. Thanks brother. I need more of you in this place boy, you the man Jeff! You too Mike Thank ya! You are that and a bag of chips Wooo River City Top Ok Well we got em wired up Mike Hey that's alright to get fired up folks The reason why i play that footage Mike and this is why We've got this type of thing going on in this government Hold one second And the media is feeding us with things like Siamese twins, OJ and Shannon Faulkner. Do you think OJ is guilty? I would like to know your opinion! When we have these types of activities going on within this government... And this is the issues that the media feeds us with... Let's face it there is something seriously wrong here. But don't you think we need government for

21:53 For instance, there's 4,000 people dying of E. coli? Don't you think we need the government for some things like to inspect the meat and different things like that keep the laws going? Well government has a purpose and it was set up that way It doesn't necessarily have to be on a centralized basis like EPA, OSHA or some other agencies I'll tell you a story about FEMA later, what they've done to me. All you know about FEMA! FEMA has put me in a flood zone that...they don't come out and do any kind of estimation on it they just put you on the map that your in a flood zone and you gotta pay insurance no matter if you flood or not so FEMA..I'm definitely against FEMA. I guess the answer to that question is Mike

CHAPTER 06 / 20 Discussion

Personal Liberty Laws, Monthly Trivia Contest

Callers debate the merits of mandatory seatbelt and helmet laws, with Jeff Davis arguing that such regulations represent the theft of individual rights. The conversation touches on rumored "no container" laws in Canada and Texas. Mike Hanson pauses the political discussion to conduct a trivia contest sponsored by Sonic Drive-In and Doo Wops, identifying boxing as the easiest sport for gamblers to fix.

seatbelt laws· open container· boxing· trivia· sonic drive-in

22:41 The country was set up nationally as a limited national government and it has its purpose. My problem is I do not like, generally speaking the people and the policies particularly that are coming out from a centralized big brother government in Washington DC. I got to tell you about something... Okay go right ahead Carla. You have any questions for Jeff Davis? Oh no I just want to say y'all have a good show today and don't get all cranked up or stuff Well, we hope not. We hope not! You don't have any comments for Jeff Davis at all? What do you think about the government requiring you to wear seat belts and motorcycle helmets and bicycle helmets? I like it because if those people don't want to wear that stuff they get in accidents

23:32 It's their fault, no one else. It's just theirs. You have any comment on that? The idea is Mike, you can't solve problems by going out and stealing. More laws and more laws. Plus first stealing from somebody else supposedly helps them. And also what they are trying to do now is I heard they were going to try get a no container law in Texas. What do you think about that? You won't even be able to drink a Coke down the street?

24:13 That's for beer, I think that's strictly for alcohol. Well, I was hearing today on a different show that Canada and some other places they got it where you have to have all drinks in the trunk I wouldn't be surprised. These laws that are coming down here to take away our rights, I think are coming at us now unprecedentedly. Can I have a trivia question? Sure! Give me a number between 1 and 200 and we are drawing tonight for the monthly trivia. If you win your going to be in tonight's contest. Let's go for one. Hey, I like it. I get to see the end! No you don't! Okay... What sport is considered to be the easiest for gamblers to fix?

25:00 Boxing. That's right, and I didn't even give you the four that I had. I had tennis, boxing hockey or car racing and you would have picked boxing anyway. Okay listen they're going to give you a number up here can you call that number? And your contestant give me your first name. Anthony Okay, Anthony at the end of the show you're going to be contestant number 16 if we draw your number You'll be the winner okay? But you need to call that number right there on the screen and leave your name and number where I can contact you if you win Okay And it's open 24 hours a day any other comments anybody wants to make that's a comment line We do check that line. If I stay up to Four o'clock tonight all checked out. I stayed up till like three o'clock last week checking all them

25:46 We had about 50 calls. Okay, call them and leave your name. You're contestant number 16 remember that okay? When is the show over? It's over 1130 we'll draw about 1120 okay? Alright bye-bye. I want to mention something you were talking about this last week it was very important that we do this. forces involved here that do not like some of the things that are coming out of access. And I believe they're using things like the lesbian... Did you see that? I had it here somewhere, but about the lesbians, they're going to take the lesbian channel or something off. Any type of so-called nudity and this kind

CHAPTER 07 / 20 Discussion

UFO Secrecy, Smoking Advertisements, Divide and Conquer

Jeff Davis addresses a viewer's claim that he is being paid by the government to hide the truth about UFOs, stating he believes the sightings are actually secret human technology used to usher in a New World Order. The hosts discuss President Bill Clinton's efforts to ban cigarette advertising, framing it as a "divide and conquer" tactic alongside the O.J. Simpson trial and the Citadel integration controversy.

ufo· bill clinton· tobacco advertising· new world order· michael landon

26:30 What I believe we're seeing here Mike, and I think you mentioned this last week. Yeah we had a big deal about that last week It's kind of like smoking mirrors. I believe these people who are saying this thing are using it as disguise because they don't like some the content coming across the airwaves on public access television Well... Filtered information and they don't like it Before we get to another call, we're going to get to a call right away caller but before we get to another call somebody called in on my comment line said that Cues me this is funny and I want to see what you're commenting on this that all people that are on TV That means you, me and everybody else are covering up for the government about these UFO's that we're getting paid off. I wish somebody would pay me off because I would keep my mouth shut so tight if Somebody does want to pay me off or keeping my mouth shut about UFOs? I sure would but let me just say this to the caller that called in on my comment line said that I was covering up

27:27 for the government. and said that I was being paid off by the government to keep my mouth shut. I wish I was, because I would keep my mouth shut! But you actually think there is something going on with these UFO's don't you? Yes but I do not believe it is entirely what we are being told... I don't know necessarily that they are some space aliens Mike. I do believe the people who control this system have technology which they're not telling us about And I think this is largely a lot of the UFOs that we're seeing. That's what I believe it is, now if you look at the overall game plan of a new world order as they call them or one world type system The idea of an alien presence to unite us in one world operation would be ideal. I can't say anything about being paid off

28:28 Caller, are you there? Yes. Do you have anything to contribute? We're going to start this...do I have to give the lecture about...we want you to...yeah they can play but when you call in we want y'all to contribute something to the show. We're trying to bring up a lot of different issues that maybe you'll ask Jeff a question about. What do you think about, I know you're probably underage right? Well what's the age. Well I'd say 18 right? Do you think that smoking, Clinton wants to do away with advertising for cigarettes really affects you to start smoking?

29:09 No. You don't? What do you think about that Jeff because they have alcohol on TV and that's the most devastating drug we know of is alcohol and they want to do away with smoking, private business, they're trying to limit a private business too what do you think about that? Well I think it ties into the whole picture of what were being fed here Mike first off its more big brother government secondly if If you look at the major issues, you've got the Faulkner which is creating a type of sexist argument. Male-female. It's the Faulkner and Citadel. You've got the OJ deal that has been turned into a circus now concerning blacks and whites, racism... And then you have the smokers versus non-smokers. I think it was Greg last week who had your show on when I called in

30:01 these issues. He put up on your screen divide and conquer. Okay, hold on caller. She wants to play trivia I forgot to tell the other caller we have between 1 and 200 but forgot to ask him because i have A & B on number one okay still got number one caller between 1 in 200 66 I've missed twice now. Jeff hasn't got one question right yet when he's called my show Okay, who played the title role in I was a Teenage Werewolf? Who played the title role and I was a teenage werewolf? I don't know his name Some people call him Fox Who? Fox No it was Michael Landon Yeah! Michael Landon Well call me back Oh okay

CHAPTER 08 / 20 Discussion

Public Access Funding, Constitutional Rights, Skeet Shooting Trivia

Jeff Davis discusses potential threats to public access television funding involving Congressman Lloyd Doggett and local franchise agreements. A caller argues that the shift from "the United States are" to "the United States is" after the Civil War marked the end of true states' rights. The segment concludes with a trivia question regarding the clay composition of skeet and trap shooting targets.

lloyd doggett· actv· civil war· states rights· skeet shooting

31:03 Welcome to River City Talk. Did you have a question for Jeff Davis? Yeah, Jeff. Yes sir So who's trying to get you guys off the air Lloyd Doggett No, I don't know that it's a real serious attempt to be...I was told the information I'm getting is with the new franchise coming up. There are forces at work here saying that Access is publicly funded. It's not though? I understand. The programming is despicable. Yeah they put that stuff on just so they can take

31:43 I think that was going to be something we didn't want. Welcome to River City Talk! Let me mention something about the despicable thing, if you want to talk about despicable things all you gotta do is turn on the major networks every afternoon and watch the soap operas and there's more crap than filth HBO and Cinemax not only that but just plain playboy propaganda and everything else on these networks this is the one area public access television Mike, where we the people all have a voice. Let's face it these arenas are few and far between now and the American people across this country must fight to keep public access all across this country alive and well for the grassroots America?

32:34 Caller, are you there? Am I here? Yes. Welcome to River City Talk. Hi this is the first time I've ever called your... First time caller can we start that? Before I even knew what the show was about, I just noticed Jeff's name and thought how wonderful to be named after our illustrious president. He ran for Congress didn't you Jeff? Yeah, I've run a couple of times in fact. I've ran against Pickle and Lloyd Doggett. No but I think what you were showing about the federal takeover It's very obvious it has been slowly happening throughout the years. A lot of this can be going all the way back to the Civil War. A lot of historians mention that around the world, the United States was referred to like the United States are

33:30 this or the United States, in plural. The United States are not the United States is and it wasn't started to be called is as a single unit until after the Civil War when Just as in the United Nations, if any nation wants to get out they ought to be able to get out. Same thing with the United States. The United States could get out if they wanted too but that's not how Lincoln and his precious union saw it. Now one thing I believe... Sir can you turn your TV down just a little bit? They say we're getting feedback through there

34:15 Is that better? Is that better? Perfect. Okay, what I hate now is when people stand up for their civil rights...I mean you know for their constitutional rights and what it is now twisted just as it was in the Civil War as being a racist issue Now back during the Civil War we can't deny it was a racist issue on some level But not that was not the whole story. The main point was is states rights at each state has right? if it's not specifically outlined in the Constitution, then it's the right of the state and That's been ignored now for you know like forever and as far as the

35:07 Seatbelt law, the way I've always looked at that. If i want to smash my face into my windshield that oughta be my business. Hello? A motorcycle helmet and a bike helmet too is that you feel same way? Excuse me? Do you feel the same way with a motorcycle helmet and a bike helmet too with that issue? Uh yeah Okay uh did you wanna enter the contest tonight we need to move on little bit Yes number 37 I wanted to also bring up, when I went to renew my driver's license on my birthday they're taking fingerprints now. Thumbprints? You got your little computer chip on there? Yeah! I haven't got it yet but i'm going to get that in the mail pretty soon. Okay what are the targets and sheet and trap

36:03 Skeet, I'm sorry. Jeff you're making me mess up. It's a live show What are the targets in skeet and trap shooting made of? Clay He got it right! I've got two easy questions Okay they're going to put a number up there sir Your number...what is your first name? Lonnie Okay, your number, contestant number 17. If you hear that number...we'll call you though tomorrow if you win but if you don't stay up long enough we're going to have the contest tonight at 1120 I think about that time we're going to draw and your number comes up 17 and you will be the winner of the prize package okay? Thank ya!

A caller expresses concern over random police checkpoints and the implementation of a national ID system via new driver's licenses with computer chips. Jeff Davis describes the public's refusal to see impending oppression as the "ostrich approach" to affairs management. The hosts briefly attempt a trivia question about the cause of "baker's itch" before moving to the next caller.

national id· driver's license· checkpoints· ostrich approach· baker's itch

36:43 Call that number sir. It's open 24 hours a day, leave your name and say your number 17. I just wanted to mention when you're seeing your rice getting flushed down the commode it is better to laugh about all this than cry. Well yeah I laugh about everything but I got a few things I want to ask you tonight if we get a chance Caller, you there? Welcome to River City Talk and you're on with Jeff Davis. A guest tonight special guest. He hung up. Welcome to River City Talk caller. Oh what's up? Hey how are ya doing? I was just calling about them putting ads about cigarettes and stuff they want him to quit or whatever. Uh huh uh huh. I don't think that is right. They should let them do whatever they want to do. And like making us wear seat belts and stuff in the helmets

37:34 I think they ought to just leave us alone and let's do what we want. What do you think about them randomly pulling over cars to check people for seeing if your drunk or not? Do you think that infringes on your rights? Yeah, see they can't do nothing. They're going to be passing laws like where you have to buy a certain car sooner rather than later. That's how it adds up. What do you think about their talking about putting a wall around Texas? prevent the illegal aliens to come in. Now that's really getting... Well I think that ties in with our national ID system, you're familiar with our national plans for... Yeah I'm fixing to get it in the mail pretty soon, just renewed my driver's license is what your talking about? It's like a credit card but uh There no question Mike anybody, you have to strictly use the ostrich approach of

38:26 affairs management. If a person does not see, you can read these papers every day and recognize that there's something incredibly oppressive that is coming and it doesn't...you don't have to be genius to see it and its not very far away. Every day more of our rights whether it be the feds or the state or city are finding some type of scheme some type of maneuvers I'm always under the disguise of helping us to take away more and more of our rights. And again, you don't have to be severely sharp to recognize that there's something incredibly oppressive that is coming. You agree with that caller? Yep Ok did you want to enter the contest tonight? Yes A number between 1 and 200? 187 Maybe I will get back on a screen later

39:24 Okay. What causes baker's itch? Baker's itch? Like a baker. Oh. Stop scratching over there, studio audience! Okay what causes baker's itch? Give us a call back. Thank you, that was a good guess. It sure was! Welcome to River City Talk. I have a question for Jeff Davis. Good go right ahead. What ever happened to the sniper who murdered Vicki Weaver? His name is Lon Hiroshi.

CHAPTER 10 / 20 Discussion

Lon Horiuchi, Weaver Settlement, Federal Agency Accountability

Jeff Davis criticizes the $3.1 million settlement paid to the Weaver family, labeling it "blood money" funded by taxpayers while the responsible agents, including sniper Lon Horiuchi, avoid criminal indictments. He questions the constitutional authority of the BATF to maintain a "private army" equipped with Apache gunships and A-10 tank killers. Davis argues that federal agents should not be allowed to wear ski masks to hide their identities during raids.

lon horiuchi· randy weaver· blood money· batf· constitution

40:09 And the last I don't know if he there was four of them that were recently suspended. I don't know if he was one of them, but as at this point nothing. The man that was in charge of the operation had been promoted up to the assistant-in-command his name was Potts and I think since then There's four of them that have been suspended. Now I want to just mention this Mike because this is one of the biggest atrocities in all here, they have now issued... The Weavers won this thing on a civil case due to loss of their wife and son. The Weavers have won 3.1 million dollars worth of judgment

40:48 towards them. Blood money? Yeah, blood money folks I want to make this very clear. This is blood money they are taking your tax dollars and using it to subsidize these people that have murdered Vicki and Sammy Weaver, taking your tax dollars and paying off in blood money to compensate for the loss of the Weaver residents and their income. These people need to be held accountable. Each individual from the top to the bottom needs to be held accountable both on a civil case, they need financially compensate for what happened and there also needs to be criminal case indicting these people for murder charges same thing that would happen if I did it or you did it but as of this point in the tank drivers in Waco there has been no indictments

41:43 Now, the Weaver situation there is supposed to be a congressional whitewash. Oops! I mean congressional investigation here coming up on this case but the fact is there has been no indictments in the Weaver case and the Waco case No indictments for criminal charges for the people who perpetrated these actions I'll say one other question. The VATS was formed basically as a tax collection agency for collecting taxes off of the tax stamp, off of class 3 automatic weapons For the treasury? Yeah Right they operate under the treasury Well how did... where did they get their authorization to form their own little private army

42:27 Well, these are the questions that need to be addressed by our representatives and they're not being addressed. The fact is... They have better funding than the Texas National Guard. They have better equipment. They have A-10 tank killers and AH-64 Apache gunships Who is that sir? The VATF I just want to throw this in, don't you think we need the FBI and all these other agencies? Just for the sole fact that there has been recently some threats to our airplanes in New York. Why do they need fighter bombers? I'm getting some feedback from y'all.

43:11 First off, there's nothing in the Constitution that legally allows or authorizes a national type of force like this. Now these are questions that can be debated as far as the airport security but the fact is when you have these people running around largely performing these types of tactics and I can tell you that a lot of them don't even make the media but we have people's homes now that are being raided and ransacked with people left out in the cold. And they're not responsible for the damage, is that true? Right, they're not responsible for it and often their identity is shrouded

43:49 They don't have to operate under the same rules and regulations as normal law enforcement does. That's right, in fact some of these agencies are moving towards wearing ski masks and literally shrouding their identity with no markings This is something that we as an independent people, far as I'm concerned cannot continue to tolerate. Okay Carl I am going to have you move on did you want to play the game tonight? Sure. Number between 1 and 200? 45. He's not coming in as loud as the rest of the callers were are you speaking right into the phone or is it our system? I had a TV turned down.

CHAPTER 12 / 20 Discussion

Whitewater Hearings, Sherlock Holmes Trivia, Oklahoma City Bombing

The discussion moves to the Whitewater hearings and the lack of indictments for the deaths of children in Waco. A caller correctly identifies cocaine as the drug Sherlock Holmes used at the start of his career. Jeff Davis introduces a video segment regarding the Oklahoma City bombing, claiming it contains information suppressed by national news outlets.

whitewater· bill clinton· sherlock holmes· oklahoma city· actv

49:31 Welcome to River City Talk. Hi, is that me? Yes. I'd like to ask Jeff a couple of questions. Go right ahead. Do you think the Waco hearings or the Whitewater hearings did any good No, actually there were some comments made from a few congressmen I think that quite frankly I did not expect but the media certainly wasn't picking up on some of the information it was getting out. In fact all the media was reporting from the Waco investigation was the crash and this that and the other... And that was totally no what the investigation was for! The investigation was to investigate why the BATF was performing these types of activities

50:16 So, quite frankly I think that the...I was surprised by some of the information it got. Some of it a few of the congressman said but largely uh.. I don't think it did a heck of lot good now That's my opinion It still we still have any indictments We still have any indictments on the drivers and then people who were given in the orders that ended up murdering those 17 kids We don't have any indictment on these people yet What you thing? Call her? Well, they only handed down what 17 indictments in the Whitewater thing to McDougal and gosh I forget that.

50:55 governor's name, but he got some indictments as well. Just between you and me ma'am I would opt to pass on letting Bill Clinton off whitewater right now and find out who the murderers are in this government we cannot continue with the Weaver and the Waco situation we cannot continue to allow these types of criminal activities to be perpetrated on American citizens We have to, anybody that's concerned about our liberties or the basic principle that this country was founded upon has to push for criminal indictments again on the people who were responsible for murdering Sammy and Vicki Weaver and murdering those men women and children in Waco. And nothing short of criminal indictments, same thing would happen to you me and Mike

51:47 If this does not occur, then we are allowing these same characters the privilege to go around and do these types of activities again. You're right. Okay ma'am did you want to play the... Sure let's go to the other one. I'm going to see if she wants some. Yeah yeah. I can't hear her so there ya go. 99. Okay!

52:27 What drug did Sherlock Holmes take at the start of his career? Cocaine. Yes, you're right! What was your first name? Diane. Okay Diane you are number 19 and can you call that number up there and leave your number and say your contestant is number 19 and we are having a drawing here in just about 30 minutes okay and I hope you win thank you thank you have a good night bye-bye Are we going to them? How long is that? We'll go about 10 minutes. Ok, we've got a short video on this... What is it Jeff? Now this is the first time as far as my knowledge any of this has played on ACTV. It's information regarding Oklahoma City bombing that you're not hearing in the national news. OK and we will talk about that when we get back. Callers hang on and we'll get right back to ya!

CHAPTER 13 / 20 Discussion

Ammonium Nitrate, ANFO Explosives Testing Video

A technical video explains the chemical production of ammonium nitrate and its dual use as fertilizer and a component in ANFO explosives. The footage documents tests conducted by Failure Analysis Associates on June 10, 1995, which proved that chemical additives like calcium carbonate do not effectively prevent the substance from being used in terrorist bombings. The video concludes that there is no easy way to render the fertilizer inert.

ammonium nitrate· anfo· explosives· oklahoma city· failure analysis associates

53:25 I'm going to put these people on hold for a green light. Good show, Mom. Conducted series of tests to provide graphic and definitive answers on this important issue. Ammonium nitrate is the relatively simple chemical compound produced from nitrogen hydrogen and oxygen gases elements found in the very air we breathe To produce ammonium nitrate you must first make ammonia A compound of hydrogen and nitrogen atoms A portion of this ammonia is burned with oxygen to produce nitric acid, which is combined with additional ammonia to form ammonium nitrate.

54:05 To make ammonium nitrate prills, ammonium nitrate solution is sprayed down a tower through a stream of cool air which causes the ammonium nitrate to change from liquid to solid particles called prill. The resultant ammonium nitrate prill serves two useful purposes. Rich in nitrogen, ammonium nitrate meets the demand of farmers around the world for a safe efficient and effective fertilizer In addition to fertilizer, this same chemical compound is a key ingredient in commercial explosives used to develop much of America's and the world's infrastructure. Every day roads are built minerals are mined and other construction tasks are made possible through explosives containing ammonium nitrate What is an explosion? Well simply put, an explosion is the breaking up chemical bonds and the release of the energy contained

54:59 By introducing fuel and subjecting the mixture to a shockwave, energy is liberated from the solid back to the original gaseous form all in the blink of an eye. The process results in a rapid pressure rise to levels as high as one million pounds per square inch This sudden pressure causes an expansion of immense proportion. Imagine a briefcase instantly attaining the size of a large automobile, and you can understand the power that this basic act of chemistry and physics can produce. The science of explosions is well documented and well known. Most people use this knowledge wisely and productively but unfortunately there are also a few who use it with criminal intent

55:43 Ammonium nitrate is one of many commercial oxidizers that can be abused. The addition of fuel oil converts ammonium nitrate into a blasting agent, and the inclusion of a detonator and primer charge turns the ammonium nitrate fuel mixture into a beneficial explosives device or when in the hands of terrorists...a bomb! A patent application was filed in 1968 that claimed that the addition of diammonium phosphate or monoammonium phosphate to ammonium nitrate would eliminate ammonium nitrate's explosive potential. Calcium carbonate has also been promoted as an effective additive. To conduct the test on additives, ICI hired a company called Failure Analysis Associates, a recognized leader in scientific testing. Additionally the events were witnessed by technical experts in the field of explosives

56:35 ICI contributed product and additional technical expertise for the test. At its North American Research Center, the company produced ammonium nitrate with additives in accordance with a 1968 patent. The ammonium nitrate fuel oil or ANFO mixture was blended by failure analysis personnel in a common cement mixer under circumstances comparable to those used by terrorists Failure analysis then conducted a series of tests to evaluate the effect of the various proposed additives on ammonium nitrate under circumstances comparable to those typically used by terrorists.

57:12 On Saturday, June 10th 1995 technicians filled individual ten-gallon pails with samples of ANFO and ammonium nitrate with various additives and appropriate levels of fuel oil. A detonator at a primer charge again equipment that is typically used by terrorists were placed in each of the containers Technicians triggered the detonator and primer charge located in each container of ammonium nitrate with additive and fuel oil Fire! These tests demonstrate without question that calcium carbonate, monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate are not effective in preventing criminals and terrorists from abusing ammonium nitrate in criminal attacks.

58:58 What does this mean for the future of controlling criminal and terrorist abuse of an otherwise safe and productive product? Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this question. Perhaps further research can uncover an additive that will actually render ammonium nitrate inert without destroying its effectiveness as a fertilizer but the laws of physics and chemistry do not make this a likely prospect Right now, the fact is that additives do not work and will not deter terrorist activities. It is up to all of us in industry and government to work together to develop and implement effective deterrence to terrorism so that we might never again experience the devastation and pain suffered by the people of Oklahoma City." Okay, we're back on live. Jeff will be here in just a second. That's just a little taste of the tape he brought. We want to get to y'all's comments

CHAPTER 14 / 20 Discussion

Defective Seatbelt Recall, FBI Investigation Secrecy

Mike Hanson shares a news item from the NHTSA regarding the recall of 8.7 million vehicles for defective seatbelts involving American and Japanese manufacturers. A caller asks about the origins of the Oklahoma City bombing video, and Jeff Davis notes that the testing company involved was the same one hired by the NRA to examine weapons from the Branch Davidian siege.

59:58 This is River City Talk. We come on from 10 to 1130 every Wednesday night right here on channel 16. Okay, caller you there? Caller? Caller are you there? Hello yes sir go ahead. You their caller yeah come on Jeff's coming back on the set uh are you their caller all right Are you there caller? Yes. Yeah I wanted to see if I won last week, I played the trivia game last week. Okay what it is we have a drawing every month for the prize package. What was your number? I was either 12 or 11. What was your first name?

1:00:53 You're number 11. We're going to have the drawing here in about 25 minutes. If you stay tuned, you'll see if you win or not. Did you have a comment for Jeff Davis? You can also rest your again tonight every week. I'm gonna play again tonight. Okay did you have a comment for Jeff? Yeah i think Jeff's doing a pretty good job of letting everybody know what's going on out there. What numbers do you want tonight? Number one. Number one, that's 1-B. Okay? A while ago it was A and B and I didn't tell the person Okay, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced that 8.7 million vehicles would have to be recalled for defective seatbelts The vehicles were sold from 1985 to 1991 by 11 manufacturers What two countries were involved?

1:01:54 America and Japan. You are exactly right, and the cost will reach over $1 billion dollars. 100 per vehicle. Okay what was your name? Your name is Phil right? Uh huh. You're also number 20. Alright. But call that number and put it on there in case, you know because we need your number in case we don't remember. We're just going to put your number in the hat tonight because we do not have time to go back and look over the answer machine. So I'm in twice then? You sure are! Outstanding Yes sir, I hope you win Ok bye-bye Thank ya

1:02:31 Welcome to River City Talk. Yes, I have a comment and a few questions for Jeff. Okay, for Jeff? Go right ahead One is...I just heard the other day that Congress passed a law where there will be no more federal funding for public access or no requirement for cable companies to provide it. I know that Austin has something in our contract with Austin Cablevision. I was wondering if you had any views on that and also on this video piece you just showed I was wondering who made it, who was behind it what was the purpose of it? The last thing said was well these additives don't work so we need to explore other deterrents. I was wondering what you thought the producers had in mind when they were saying that

1:03:25 And also the company that performed the testing, what was their name? That I don't know. Well they said it in the piece, it's the same company, I forget the name right now but its' the same company that the NRA hired to test, to x-ray the weapons down here at their holding from the Davidian siege. Hmm that's interesting Well I think the purpose of this video it is hard to get a gauge on what the video content we are talking about when you just get I'm going to be playing a little bit more of it on my show. And your shows are from 9-1030? Saturday night on 16th. The purpose of the video was basically earlier parts of the show where the FBI came in immediately after the bombing and

1:04:12 cordoned all investigation off but theirs. Oh, like at Waco? Or like at Ruby Ridge? Or anywhere else where they fuck up monumentally? the suspects, who they are now. Was there other activities involved which there were? There were several cameras, pictures taken that were not released to the public. There were several things in the video that shows again that there might be something involved here that we're not being told about

1:04:49 What was the other question or comment? The Congress actually did away with the law requiring public access several years ago. But the fact is, it is going on across the country and subsidized by taxpayers. Now, minimally I think that...I know there are several people, several thousand people who watch ACTV. Minimally this could be put on some type of a user pay program but... Well now doesn't Austin have the right to require the cable company? The local... The city is in the current franchise agreement at the contract

CHAPTER 15 / 20 Discussion

Free Speech, Cable Franchise Agreements, Public Access Threats

The hosts discuss the legal requirements for cable companies to provide public access channels, noting that federal mandates have weakened. Jeff Davis argues that "powers that be" are using moral objections to nudity as a "smoke and mirrors" tactic to shut down political dissent on ACTV. He compares the importance of public access to the freedom found on the internet.

1:05:39 does provide for ACTV. Now, but they're going through a new franchise agreement now this is where it gets into the if the Congress does not mandate that that access be in the cable franchise agreements across the country, then there's nothing there to enforce... not for enforcement but... The city can I would assume, I would guess specify that hey if you want to apply for this franchise or this contract or whatever that you must provide X amount of access channels 24 hours a day or whatever.

1:06:17 That I don't really know. Now, I think the city could do that but I guess that would come from the council and not sure. As far as I know most of the council is in favor of access My point is it appears to me there's a lot different types of interest out here for one reason or another who do not like free speech. No kidding? And this is where I think we need to...I know that Daniel T Michael is one of them. He don't like free speech? Oh no, he's...I've been on his show and you're... Well you got far right religious people who don't want to see

1:06:56 whatever i think you're here cuss words or people back at her whatever and then and then you have people who don't like political pulpits are we have to put a lot of it was mostly religious or moral objection to free speech that i think the public but i'm not worried about is political people using those sorts of moral breaches, if you will to hasten the demise of public access. And I'm very concerned about that and I hope Jeff that you especially could help to spearhead anything that we can do to get a coalition of opinion going here before the next contract is negotiated?

1:07:47 that it's the so-called religious people that are per se against it. Now... Let's take back Austin, one of them. A complaint here or there is one thing but my personal opinion is that there's a smoke and mirrors tactic going on here and I believe that due to the fact some of the information getting out to the public It's like the internet. I think its need that the so called powers that be if you will do not realize that the information is getting out to the public, it's cracking some of their authoritarian views that are so finely imprinted into the minds of the American public.

1:08:27 So it's my opinion again that the smoke and mirrors tactic by the powers that be, they would love to see freedom of speech free opinion independent thinking being taken off the airwaves. Okay sir they're telling me I'm going to have to move on did you want to play the game? Did you wanna play the game tonight? We'll fix out a drawing. No thank you so much for calling Welcome to River City Talk, we got Jeff Davis tonight. Yes, Jeff and Mike wanted to know what your views were on the abuse of the food stamp program? Well just answer it quickly all these social programs from my investigation in my opinion were never designed

CHAPTER 16 / 20 Discussion

Food Stamp Debit Cards, Nazi Germany Comparisons

Jeff Davis critiques the Texas Star card and the transition of food stamps to debit cards, viewing it as a ploy for total financial surveillance. A caller draws parallels between modern federal agents and German soldiers in WWII, noting that very few soldiers faced consequences for refusing unconstitutional orders. The discussion emphasizes the need for individual resistance to state atrocities.

food stamps· texas star card· social programs· nazi germany· civil rights

1:09:12 We're never created and designed to help people. This is a fraudulent purpose, fraudulent meaning given down to the American people so many have swallowed into it Now they are saying that they are having problems with fraud in the system The enemies of freedom I believe are the ones that created the program to begin with. Now we're starting to see, if you're familiar with the Texas Star card they are using these people who I would consider most under the gun right now meaning people on the dole They're going to have them nicely take a debit card. And of course if you are familiar with the overall goals of the people who control this system, that plays right into their hands.

1:10:06 The program essentially was started out, created fraudulently by the enemies of freedom. I think what we're seeing now with the debit card movement towards the debit card is just another ploy to enslave people further. Okay thank you sir. Sir? Yes? Did you want to play a game tonight? Sure! Between 2 and 200? 55. I think it's where his feet fell. That is a hard one. No, that is not a hard one! What was the coldest low temperature ever recorded in Austin on January 31st 1949? I'll give you four choices 5 degrees 0 degrees minus 2 degrees or minus 11 degrees

1:11:09 No, it's minus two. Give us a call back! Thank you. That was hard question. No that easy. Welcome to River City Talks. Hello? You got me? Yes Hi, uh...you've covered so many topics I don't know which one to touch on first Anything you want but we're running out of time So make it brief. Okay. You talked about the feds swooping in on the crime scene It was mentioned right after the Kennedy assassination that had the county sheriff done his job and investigated it as a murder of the county which was his jurisdiction. There was no federal law covering the murder of the president at that time, but... Did we cover that? We may have... No but I think where he's leading I believe.

1:11:56 found out the truth had it been handled legally rather than the feds jumping on it right away. I agree with that. Okay, another question you mentioned the people who actually perpetrated the attacks who fired the sniper rifles or drove the tanks at the end of world war two people were asking the typical german soldiers how could you possibly have been involved in these things and always the answer was well we're afraid they shoot us if we didn't go along with it. Well then when they got to looking, was anybody ever shot for not

1:12:33 following those rules. Well, they could only find one record of a German soldier actually standing up and saying no that's unconstitutional or not with the government I will not do it all that was done with him is he was transferred to another unit now there may have been others we don't know about but that was the only one and had they stood at the time had the German soldiers stood up, maybe they could have stopped some of the atrocities that they were forced to be a part of. Another question I've got is...I've seen two of the black helicopters. I'm sure Jeff's seen them too over your house probably!

CHAPTER 17 / 20 Discussion

Black Helicopters, Religious Fanaticism Accusations, Political Labels

A caller reports seeing unmarked black helicopters in South Austin, which Jeff Davis deems suspicious regardless of their origin. Another caller accuses Davis of being a "right-wing religious fanatic" for airing videos by Texe Marrs. Davis responds by rejecting political labels, stating he is simply an American who believes in liberty for everyone, even those he disagrees with.

black helicopters· texe marrs· right wing· religion· liberty

1:13:17 They weren't doing anything in particular. They looked like, I don't know, Hueys or something but one of them i'm pretty sure was coming into far landing at Robert Miller Airport and the other one I saw on South Austin they weren't doing anything suspicious that I've seen too Well just the idea that they're flying around unmarked and we can identify what they're doing and flying over our homes to me is suspicious You right I mean, even if it's not the conventional thinking that it is some UN foreign troop in there. That doesn't mean...you still have to ask the question what is happening? What is the purpose of this? Right. Okay sir, I'm running out of time. Did you want to play a game tonight? Uh, I did once earlier tonight may I do it again?

1:14:03 Well, we try to keep it to one per night. Okay But you can call in every week We draw at the end of the month every month Right This is the first time I've ever seen your show though Oh well watch us We're on from 10-1130 every Wednesday night but Greg Erickson, Tello Democracy He has another show here he's going to be hosting this show next week and i'll be back on the first part of September So give us a call anytime Thank You I've been wanting to talk to you for a long time because I think your very interesting person.

1:14:50 And I agree with you about a lot of things, some of which I first learned about from watching alternative views on ACTV. About all the ways that we are being controlled by big business and and frankly i think it is big business rather than some sort of international conspiracy of uh... politics i think it's business what really happened actually the bottom line is that international finance well you know with the same thing saying to everyone called but anyway

1:15:26 There are some things about you that bother me, like that you put on these programs on ACTV with this guy Tex Mars who is... I mean this guy is far right and then you deny being far right. I don't understand. But also, your whole thing is based on your religious beliefs and that in itself is a problem. Well what's wrong with that sir? Wasn't the whole country founded on that? No it wasn't. It was based on the freedom of religion That's why they left Europe to get away from people imposing religious beliefs on them

1:16:13 to have freedom of religion. I agree with that, but i will not deny my religion for anybody. I'm not asking anybody to deny their religion but to accept everybody else's ideas of religion. No, not at all. But you guys are right wing and your religious fanatics... Jeff Davis, you are right wing and a religious fanatic. You're fooling a lot of people

1:16:53 people who uh... think of all and more ways for you with you but uh... i'm keeping an eye on your guy your hero they're not fooling me or right wing pinko out say this is part of the no-no look at it i mean if you can't keep called double clinton economy occurred to play that I mean that's perfect. We got so many calls to get in here just before...I just had to say this. Okay, did you want to play the game? Because we need to move on. No, I don't care. Thank-you sir! Can I respond? Go ahead. I don't believe what he said. First, ok well... I can vouch for you! Jeff Davis is one of the nicest guys that I've ever met He's been on my show twice and he is a very nice guy and I wouldn't call him right wing. Well see if you ask me Mike this is part of the divide-and-conquer here again This right wing left wing liberal conservative The fact is all I am as an American standing up for my freedoms

1:17:52 Now some of the videos that I have played, I don't agree with everything in all those videos. The particular text is a friend of mine and I do not agree with his Bible views but he does understand a lot of things that are happening in the world so for that reason his videos but do I agree with everything that's in any of these videos? No. The fact is what I am, Mike, is an American. I'm not a left wing, I'm not right wing, I'm not liberal conservative or anything like that. I believe in freedom for everybody and I believe in liberty As far as me censoring, me being this that and the other. That's absolutely not the case. And me and you don't even agree with everything but we agree that we have a right to say it. That's right! Okay let's move right on

CHAPTER 18 / 20 Discussion

Media Censorship, Collective Responsibility, Constitutional Violations

A caller argues for limits on television profanity and supports seatbelt laws because uninsured injuries cost taxpayers money. Jeff Davis counters that using "coercive government power" to enforce safety is a hallmark of communism and a violation of the Bill of Rights. He insists that individual responsibility and the court system should handle liability rather than preemptive state mandates.

1:18:42 Welcome to River City Talk. Hi there, I agree with freedom of speech but there are some things that we all have to have limits on such as titty toes with cussing and abuse with children watching it – I don't agree with that. We all need to wear helmets for safety. Ma'am, who is cussing? This show I try to prevent as much cussing. As a matter of fact if anybody cusses we cut them right off. Well i'm not just talking about this show in particular, im talking about all TV shows. I think they need to minimize the cussing and the abuse, the fighting between parents and things like that that they show on regular tv shows even cartoons are bad

1:19:29 Well, I would agree with some of that. Yeah, the cartoons are even bad! But I want to just mention the fact that whose safety you're referring to when you talk about the seat? I do not believe it's in America's best interest to have our public servants stopping people's cars for nothing more than not having a seat belt. I believe that is a violation of our rights So it's a question of who do you believe is protecting whose safety. I agree with it 100%. I have a mother that was hit by drunk driver and I agree with the seatbelt if she'd had me strapped in... That's fine, no one saying not to wear seat belts all I'm saying

1:20:16 The government. Yeah, this should not be enforced upon us to... These are what you call coercive laws in an effort to compel us to act in a certain way and that's not what this country was founded on. What would you think about the goverment telling you that you cannot smoke a cigarette going down the road? Because that is where it comes from. Hello? Welcome to River City Talk. Well Mr Davis, while I disagree with you almost entirely on every issue... I would be quite upset if you didn't have the opportunity to say what you believe in. Thanks! I think that's everybody's right regardless of whether or not I agree with you or not. I agree with that 100%. And I agree and I agree with your...the right for you to say what you believe. A real quick question is the first video you showed who put that out?

1:21:11 I don't have the information with me. I was just wondering if that was the American Justice Federation? No, it wasn't. Okay. No it wasn't Linda Thompson's group. Well, I figured she wasn't real busy doing videos right now since she is tied up in court. Yeah no, it wasn't them. Okay on the seatbelt and helmet issue...I understand your point about taking away our individual liberties But when you come to these people that choose not to wear their seatbelts, getting in an accident and requiring medical treatment. People who don't have insurance... I pay for it, you pay for it, everybody pays for it It impacts upon my life as well Now if you want to go a system where someone carries a card

1:22:03 that says, you know if I don't have insurance you don't treat me. That's pretty barbaric but fine so be it but when you go around and you don't wear a helmet or seatbelt You have an impact upon my life as well if your in a serious accident and can't afford to pay for medical care. That what my gripe is too Jeff. That's my only gripe there too. The issue again individual rights Maybe that person doesn't want to, maybe if he doesn't want to... He needs to be accountable for his own actions. If that person does not protect himself and does not have insurance there are ways of dealing with those types of issues and problems other than using coercive government power to enforce all of us to behave in a certain way

1:22:54 There is criminal punishment that could be perpetrated on these people. If you violate somebody's right of life, liberty and property that person should be held accountable. It is the same with federal agents but the fact is the idea of compelling us all as a nation to perform in certain ways supposedly for our best interest First off, it's not constitutional if you study communism. Basically that is what communism is So the idea is that the individual cases that your referring to can be dealt with in other means through courts or these types of avenues but the fact is we should not be stopped and fined and our rights violated

1:23:46 for the simple fact that we don't want to wear, uh... we don't choose to wear a helmet. I don't even drive a motorcycle but the fact is as far as i'm concerned these are all violations of the constitution they're violations of the bill of rights and anytime that we as people allow this government whether it be city county state or federal act in this type of manner, I think we are doing all of us an injustice due to the fact that you are empowering the state in all these cases more than we are empowering ourselves. We need to take individual responsibility.

Police Accountability, Monthly Trivia Winner Selection

Mike Hanson clarifies that the show does not "bash" police but seeks to hold individual officers accountable for constitutional violations. After a failed trivia question about Calvin Coolidge's birthday, Hanson uses his "lucky hat" to draw the monthly winner. Contestant number three, Scott Wyatt, is announced as the winner of the prize package from various local sponsors.

Okay they're cutting us off here so God bless you Austin Thank you see next week! I mean two weeks from now.
