Jeff Davis(Classic 1997) With Jimmy Ritter(Killer At The Border) [7GR6hr TfQs] cover

About this episode

The killing of 18-year-old Ezequiel Hernandez Jr. by U.S. Marines in Polvo Crossing, Texas, serves as a flashpoint for a broader investigation into domestic military operations. Guests John Segura and James Ritter detail their 500-mile journey to Redford to uncover how a Marine reconnaissance patrol tracked a high school student for twenty minutes before firing a fatal shot. The investigation reveals that Hernandez was merely tending his goats with an antique .22 rifle, highlighting a catastrophic failure in military identification and local law enforcement coordination.

Beyond the border, the program scrutinizes the Republic of Texas standoff in Fort Davis and the alleged media blackout orchestrated by the Department of Public Safety. Reports from the scene feature Ron Beanes and Steven Crear Sr. challenging the official narratives provided by Captain Barry Caver and the FBI. The discussion links these events to a wider pattern of bureaucratic overreach, including Austin Health and Human Services property harassment, IRS informant rewards, and the implementation of thumb scanners by defense contractors like Lockheed Martin. Evidence from the Federal Registry suggests a transition toward a surveillance state fueled by federal grants and mandatory biometric data collection.

This classic 1997 broadcast captures the raw tension of the Redford community as they navigate the psychological trauma of military occupation. From the mysterious anonymous funding of funeral expenses in Marfa to the technical difficulties of playing back exclusive field footage, the episode provides a visceral look at 1990s anti-government sentiment. Jeff Davis concludes with a demand for accountability from the Marine Corps and a formal apology to the grieving Hernandez family.

CHAPTER 01 / 29 Discussion

Federal Reserve, Constructive Fraud, and Indentured Servitude

Jeff Davis introduces the program with a critique of the Federal Reserve, characterizing it as a private corporation operating for profit rather than a government entity. The segment features a musical montage and spoken word performance regarding "constructive fraud," statutory slavery, and the transition of the American public into "indentured servitudial slaves." The lyrics specifically target the Federal Reserve Act, the IRS, and the implementation of social security as tools of financial enslavement.

federal reserve· constructive fraud· new world order· income tax· social security

00:00 Hello folks, this is Jeff Davis with the legendary Jeff Davis Show from Central Texas USA. And I love my cans and archives! Peace out baby! Now we can see a new world coming into view. A world in which there is the very real prospect of a New World Order. The New World Order does not mean surrendering our national sovereignty or forfeiting our interests, that America's central bank operates in the public interest. The truth is that the Federal Reserve is a private bank

00:59 owned by private stockholders and run purely for their private profit. If you have any doubt whether the Federal Reserve is a part of the U.S. government, check your local telephone book! In most cities it is not listed in the blue Government Pages It is listed on the business White Pages right next to Federal Express another private company But more directly, U.S courts have ruled time and time again that the Fed is a private corporation. Today we're all going to learn a new term it's only two words now listen closely can all of you say constructive fraud? Constructive Fraud!

01:51 Did you ever get the feeling as you're staring at the ceiling that this game of life we play and reflect seems as fast as we can make it? There's a hand that grabs and takes it till they find us in a grave somewhere. Like a rolling on a treadmill, we keep pushing forward uphill but never seem to get too far Well if ya think your being taken then your ready to awaken To the truth of what we really are indentured, servitudial slaves overburdened and bewildered feudal knaves who have lost our sole posterity through ignorance and apathy. And now we're being taxed out of our graves

02:39 And as long as we stay passive, We'll succumb Contented with some socialistic crumb Well the naked truth in fact is We're old saps who pay our taxes and that is why The banksters keep us dumb Could the state of our condition be the product of omission? What we didn't learn in public schools And did our fathers all put history, all fight and die for liberty So that we could play the tyrant's fools. Can you call it education when it is all indoctrination To obey hidden powers at bay Did we fight the revolution or win world wars Just to slumber into slavery We're all indentured, served, doodles, slaves

03:31 Ordained and bewildered feudal slaves Who have lost our sole posterity Through ignorance and apathy And now we're being taxed out of our graves And as long as we stay passive, We'll succumb Contented with some humanistic crumb truth and fact is we're all saps who pay those taxes, and that is why the banksters keep us down. While Franklin and Eleanor were telling us they hated war they made a deal behind our backs They said the bankers could enslave us for a portion of our wages And today we call it income tax But what they failed to tell us was The way they planned to sell us into statutory slavery Now its called

04:29 constructive fraud some even claim the wrath of God I call it social security let's stop being indentured servitudial slaves overburdened and bewildered feudal knaves And reclaim our lost posterity, rise up and proclaim liberty. It's high time we rock the boat and make some waves! Cause as long as we stay passive,

CHAPTER 02 / 29 Discussion

Austin Health and Human Services, Property Rights, and Bureaucratic Harassment

The host discusses a follow-up to the Roland Ellingson story involving the Austin Health and Human Services department in Travis County. Bureaucrats are accused of harassing citizens on their private property under the guise of health inspections. The segment highlights a specific case involving a current City Council member's property and the alleged selective enforcement of city ordinances against private homeowners.

05:07 I love Mike Hanson Archives. Hello Austin, Texas. We are back and we've got a show today folks that you all want to hang on to. We've got plenty of footage coming up. We have several stories were going to be talking about today one of which is...we've gotta follow onto this Roland Ellingson story since the...we talked about this last week

06:09 I'll get into that a little bit more later, but we've got to follow up to that. Apparently this is going on quite often, but the fellow who had a privileged lien of a statement written to him about the, from the Austin Health and Human Services Travis County so-called health department. And now that they're focusing on people's properties and sending bureaucrats out to harass citizens on their private property. You ready with it? Okay we got a follow up later in the program

06:59 Right here it is. It's hard to see it, but whatever But we got a follow-up coming to that and involves actually folks A current city council member I'm not going to mention names but involves the property of a former or of a current City Council member The one thats allowing these things to happen So you want to stay tuned to that Secondly We've got a couple of guests coming in here in about 20 minutes and they're going to be talking about this story. And we've got some footage, folks. I'm just gonna go ahead and read... This is an open letter from one the current presidents of the Republic of Texas Steven Crear Sr.. As president of the Republic of Texas our government and myself personally strongly protests the killing of Mr

CHAPTER 03 / 29 Discussion

Ezequiel Hernandez Jr., US Marines, and Polvo Crossing Shooting

Steven Crear Sr., President of the Republic of Texas, issues an open letter protesting the killing of 18-year-old Ezequiel Hernandez Jr. by U.S. Marines in Polvo Crossing, Texas. The statement condemns the Marines' actions and the failure of the United States and the State of Texas to bring the perpetrators to justice or compensate the grieving family. The host prepares to show exclusive footage related to the incident on the Texas border.

ezequiel hernandez jr· us marines· polvo crossing· republic of texas· presidio

08:03 Ezequiel Hernandez Jr. by U.S Marines in Pobo Crossing, Texas The Republic of Texas condemns the actions of the marines involved and the failure United States government for not bringing perpetrators have this heinous act to justice and for failure to compensate the grieving family for such a tragic loss Further, the Republic of Texas condemns the State of Texas through a de facto government for failing to act in just and reasonable manner to protect the safety and rights of Texas citizens. As President of The Republic Of Texas on behalf of the citizens and residents of Texas I want to express our deepest sorrows to Mr Hernandez and his family." Basically folks what happened...and we're going into this because we got some footage so it's gonna be quite interesting piece, quite interesting story

08:56 And apparently there was a young fella who was shot and killed by US Marines in Pobo Crossing, Texas. It's on the border. And apparently this is the story that we're going to get into here in just about 15 minutes. We've got some guests in here and also excellent footage to accompany... Some excellent video to accompany the story with that Later on we're going to be also, we've got some exclusive Republic of Texas footage. We're only gonna play about 10 minutes here tonight but it shows some things that happened during the standoff in Fort Davis Texas

CHAPTER 04 / 29 Discussion

Fort Davis Standoff, Republic of Texas, and Media Censorship

The host previews exclusive footage from the Republic of Texas standoff in Fort Davis, Texas, claiming the mainstream media suppressed images of public protests. The segment argues that the public was only provided with a "pre-approved news script" from the Department of Public Safety (DPS) while alternative perspectives and the actions of protesters were ignored.

fort davis· republic of texas· rick mclaren· dps· media censorship

09:44 that was not seen in the mainstream media. That being predominantly people protesting what was happening, people screaming about information not getting out to the public and the only information you were getting was from the pre-approved news script We've got that coming up now later on in the show we've got A friend of mine, Alex Jones coming on about it. It's to be about 930 local radio man here in Austin and public access producer And we're going to have a follow up To this story and we've already put it up there but its We talked about last week I talked about it on my radio program Basically what it amounts too folks is the The uh... Let go ahead get a shot at this I guess One more shot at this

CHAPTER 05 / 29 Discussion

Local Media, Neighborhood Tattling, and Big Government Control

A local newspaper report is criticized for encouraging citizens to report neighbors for high weeds and property "rubbish." The host argues that the media is using the fear of crime and homeless individuals to justify government intrusion into private property rights. This is framed as a "Big Brother" tactic where the government dictates how citizens must live on their own land.

big brother· property maintenance· local newspaper· code enforcement· surveillance

10:41 And this is going on pervadingly right now folks. Not just in Texas or the city of Austin, but all across the country we've got this coming up and some excellent footage coming up which involves a current City Council member's property and I think that you'll find it could be very interesting to say the least as far what's happening with people's property and these bureaucrats coming on people's property. Now, in response to all of this it was brought to my attention that the local newspaper I'm not going to mention it

11:27 But the local newspaper, in fact did a story on this same thing that we're...that we did. Yeah it's couple days later Now what it involved was that this people are getting notes Getting letters from the city and so called county health department Talking about That they need to cut their grass They need to remove rubbage and garbage from there From their properties Now, a couple days after we did this last Monday apparently there was story that came out in the local newspaper. And their take on it was front page and they listed the same agency that we talked about on this program last Monday and apparently their argument for bureaucrats going around harassing people in their private property rights was for crime

12:29 And the fact, the story, the gist of the story was that if people don't keep their weeds cut down homeless people and so-called criminals could potentially get on to their property and create criminal acts upon the neighbors. This was a gist of the story that was in the local newspaper And so this is now, this is the underlying message that was in that story. And that was basically that to them...that the American people are..the local property owners are so irresponsible That they need some government bureaucrat coming in and ordering them and dictating to them how their going to live on there property

13:18 Now, of course this is your big brother. This is Big Daddy government again telling us what's best for us supposedly and so it but it is an honor that the some of the other media sources in town are at least acknowledging our efforts down here And we want to say that right there speak out against evil now or submit silence later Now in relation to all of this and the story that was in this newspaper story, one thing that the enemy is doing... I'm going to be talking about this later on when we talk about this communist action of controlling people's property.

CHAPTER 06 / 29 Discussion

Tyrannical Tactics, IRS Informants, and Community Snitching

The discussion shifts to the historical tactics of tyrannical regimes, specifically the use of "tattletales" to control a population. Examples provided include the IRS offering 10% rewards for reporting tax evasion and neighborhood associations encouraging residents to report minor infractions like cigarette littering or unkempt lawns. The host claims these methods are designed to keep the public fighting amongst themselves while "real evil doers" operate unchecked.

irs· informants· tyrannical regimes· neighborhood associations· social control

14:06 One thing that the enemy is doing, folks... and you see this clearly now. Virtually every tyrannical regime that has moved in on a mass of people throughout history has used one little element and that is Tattletail on everybody else The IRS, for example. If you turn somebody in for not paying your income tax, let's say you haven't filed or whatever whoever turns that person in is subject to receiving 10% of the lost revenue, lost taxes Now this story that came out on the paper the other day they put the phone number of this health department

14:47 so-called health department. In their newspaper, the same number that we put up on this program last Monday We put the number up for people to call and complain to this health department The paper put the number of there, of this so called health department To tell people, to advise them That if you have any neighbors or anybody that you live with or live around that has high weeds to call and report, make a...to the so-called health department. That their neighbor's weeds are too high This is one of the tactics of the enemy folks I also saw another news piece that was talking about if you see somebody throwing a cigarette butt out of the car If you

15:43 in these so-called community neighborhoods, these neighborhood associations where it's got people reporting on everybody. Tattletaling on everybody... This is a typical tactic of the enemy and how they've got us all fighting amongst ourselves, ratting on each other while the real evil doers are perpetrating their deeds. Jeff that footage I just showed was a council member's not the man who is being harassed and the council members being left alone Okay well we're going to go ahead and get into that later on in the program but anyway now here's this thing folks now i had a friend who came back from a trip to California And this is very interesting

CHAPTER 07 / 29 Discussion

New Mexico DUI Stops, California Fruit Inspections, and Smart Highways

A traveler's experience through New Mexico and California is used to illustrate the rise of "World Order states" using mandatory stops for DUI checks, fruit inspections, and INS enforcement. The host links these checkpoints to a broader system of data collection and surveillance, including the implementation of "smart highways" designed to track truckers and private citizens across state lines.

new mexico· california· dui checkpoints· ins· smart highways

16:23 There was, on his way out there when he hit New Mexico there was a state mandatory DWI I think it's called DUI stop. So in the State of New Mexico now they're stopping people under the disguise of potentially you being drunk or the auspices of you being drunk When he got to California There was two stops. One was a fruit inspection stop, and the second one was an INS stop So what we've got here folks is these world order states The ones that I think California's one of the leaders in the pack in the World Order regime Is now stopping people coming up with different reasons designs for doing it And then they

17:21 They basically use these types of ploys to gather up information on us. He also picked up the latest Truckers magazine which described smart highways and how the truckers can now be tracked through their, on their trips to and from the states and locations that they're going too And it was presented to us again as a good thing Well, let me just mention to you folks. Think of the abuses that we're putting up with today We've got the IRS swarming down on us We've got the property tax man coming to us We've got things like Mr. Ellingson where the so-called county health department is forcing us to act certain ways

CHAPTER 08 / 29 Discussion

Dog Ordinances, National ID Systems, and the Criminalization of Citizens

The host cites a $1,000-per-day fine for loose dogs in Gonzales, Texas, as evidence of creeping totalitarianism. The segment warns that technology like national ID systems and electronic financial tracking are being weaponized for enslavement. It is argued that the sheer volume of existing laws, including hoarding and property maintenance codes, effectively turns every American citizen into a potential criminal.

gonzales texas· national id· smart highways· totalitarianism· property tax

18:13 We have ordinances, dog ordinances in Gonzales Texas that they are now fining people $1000 per day for every day that your dog is running loose. These types of laws, ordinances permits all these types of things folks it's communism its fascism its totalitarianism Now if anyone questions the use of national ID systems, smart highways, electronic control of transactions, financial transactions.

18:57 as being good and being in our best interest. Think about how much the people are being violated and harassed today just with the current means. Now, accelerate that up to a system of enslavement...of so-called maintaining laws. That's what it is. And let me remind you folks that there are enough laws in this country to make all of us criminals There's hoarding laws, there are all types of laws to make us literally criminals. They're just not being implemented this time but they are there So I want to go ahead and mention that folks That if you allow...the technology itself is neither good or bad The problem is the people who are controlling the technology and their motives behind it is bad

19:45 and they are fixing up a system of enslavement designed for you and me, and everybody else under the disguise of things like cleaning up your... cutting your grass. Yeah it's always presented in our best interest Now we're going to on this show tonight counter much of this garbage This communist fascism totalitarianism that is coming down on us Like I said first thing we've got We've got a story about this Mr. Ezequiel Hernandez Jr., who supposedly was shot

CHAPTER 09 / 29 Discussion

Downsizing Government Seminar, Alex Jones, and Investigative Exposés

The host announces the "Downsizing Government" seminar scheduled for August 24th in Austin, Texas. The segment also introduces upcoming collaborations with Alex Jones and Joyce Isaacs for a series of investigative stories and "fun breaks." These segments are intended to counter mainstream media narratives and expose government hypocrisy, specifically regarding city council members' own property maintenance.

downsizing government· alex jones· joyce isaacs· seminars· investigative journalism

20:31 about this but now we've got some actual, some footage of it and some people who know the particulars about this case. That's going to be the first segment then we're gonna go to little Republic of Texas information piece that you might not probably not see in mainstream media The fact is there were many people supporting Rick McLaren and many of the people gone on up there however that you didn't see that. The only thing you saw was Mr Cox at the DPS and his teeth feeding you the pre-approved script. The information that we're only allowed to receive, and what we're supposed to believe."

21:08 And then following that we've got this special piece, we sent a team out yesterday and got some footage of one of the current council members. And the shape that their particular property is in These are the people who are supposedly setting up the lanes and directing the city manager and so called staff to implement certain policies. And we're going to show the hypocrisy in all of this later on in the program and with that I want to mention, first off coming up here on August 24th we've got scheduled actually our third seminar it's called Downsizing Government there is going to be a list of speakers there and its gonna be on August 24

22:07 at 7300 north IH 35 from 2 to 6 p.m on Sunday if we have a slate for that, we go ahead and...I don't know if we do or not but this is going to be actually the third one they've had two and this is gonna be the scheduled third one coming up here on Sunday August 24th like I said there's gonna be some speakers there it should be good so come out there Also, I want to mention that our breaks are currently... we're calling them fun breaks. And we're going to start a little series... We've already started a little exposé... Little stories and exposés with Alex Jones who's the radio talk show host here in Austin

22:58 And we're going to be getting to his particular segment later on. We are also, hopefully scheduled to start a series of stories and little investigative stories with Joyce Isaacs. And were gonna call that the fun break sponsored by The Joyce Isaac Show And that's 1300 AM. So we've got that, and that won't be probably for the next couple of weeks now we also have the... We're also still kind of putting together our solution show It's a fun show though Although uh.. We haven't really uh... Mike told me today it was a fun show and I'm an investigator Okay its a fun show but its still going to be investigated Fun Show with Joyce Eyes Okay um

CHAPTER 10 / 29 Discussion

Balanced Budget Lies, National Bankruptcy, and Government Violence

The host dismisses the federal "balanced budget" announcement as a deceptive image-building exercise by the "Washington District of Criminals." The discussion touches on historical government violence at Ruby Ridge and Waco, asserting that the U.S. has been functionally bankrupt since the 1933 War and Emergency Powers Act. The real national debt is claimed to be far higher than the officially reported figures.

balanced budget· ruby ridge· waco· bankruptcy· war and emergency powers act

23:49 And coming up later, like I said we've got...I want to just mention again the story that was in the local paper here this week which virtually countered everything that this program presented on Monday telling you folks to rat and to tattle-tail on your neighbors for high weeds and this kind of thing. We're seeing this like I mentioned earlier every tyrannical regime that's ever come into focus throughout the history of the world has used this tactic to keep us fighting, to keep us divided up and suspicious of one another. While the real enemy is sending our troops 10 thousand miles away enslaving us setting up smart highways and killing people down here in Pueblo crossing Texas Let me just mention one more thing before we get into the first segment

24:47 What we've had this last week is an image building. The Washington District of Criminals have got together, they say and they put together a so-called balanced budget And it's going to be real good for us It's gonna be really good for the kids and all this... what they're doing with all these folks This is the emperors attempting to build their image These rulers and these elitists, the front men for the elitists... For the rulers are attempting to deceive you into believing that they're actually trying to do something in the best interest of this country. The fact is folks don't believe a lie! Don't believe a lie! I mean they've got us over 50% of our wages they're stealing from us

25:36 All the history of wars that they've got us into, where we're slaughtered hundreds of thousands of our young men and women. The murders at places like Ruby Ridge Idaho and Waco Texas... all of the things that this government has done And all of the lies they have told us over the last 70, 80 years. Don't believe it folks! The fact is this country's bankrupted. It has been bankrupt for a long time 1933 was the first declared bankruptcy of this country when they put on the War and Emergency Powers Act We are over 20 trillion dollars

26:18 in the whole, red ink right now mostly owned going to foreign international banking establishments. But we're extended 20 trillion but the real debt is 5 trillion? Well there's a...the 6 trillion is what they are telling us but there's alot of black... The fact is folks don't believe the lie do not believe the lie that their feeding us that they are gonna give us that they're looking out in our best interest. This is a public image thing and they all seem to have got together, this is all a lie folks The fact is there's more bombs on their way I think they are going to create some more chaos, some more controversy More rice dogs And the more rice dogs and what you are going to see is more of these killings down here that went down here

CHAPTER 11 / 29 Discussion

Selective Code Enforcement, $2,000 Fines, and City Hypocrisy

The discussion returns to the $2,000-a-day fines threatened against an elderly resident, Mr. Ellingson, for property maintenance issues. The host contrasts the city's aggressive stance toward private citizens with the dilapidated state of city-owned property and the residences of City Council members. It is noted that the police often refuse to respond to actual crimes, like auto theft, while prioritizing revenue-generating code enforcement.

code enforcement· selective enforcement· property fines· austin city council· hypocrisy

31:46 If you can help us, I would appreciate it. We're not the ones going out and harassing her It's her city government doing that And then you'll see Mr Ellingson's yard right beside it totally clean no big problem A few dead spots in the yard He is an older man You know his wife died And then most importantly we will show the City Health Department which has overrun walls falling over six foot of leaves By the way let me implement something to that that the next day after the story ran and we showed uh the shambles that the health department was in they cleaned it up by they were out there cleaning it. They've had a dozen crews out there, the place is spotless now so say and then then then the paper comes out with their whitewash well this is holding the paper just so we are obviously making some some more inroads but jeff the paper real fast just didn't say

32:30 just didn't say crime. They said crime, they said East Austin, they said sewage, they said rotten things... They used all these buzzwords! This wasn't East Austin and that doesn't matter anyways this was West 37th a person who had lived there since 1947 with his family. His wife's dead now an older American like 65-66 years old done absolutely nothing and he gets a letter saying here's the letter right here now there are the council members residence Saying and that doesn't even get it folks saying you will get two thousand now. There's mr Ellingson's house Look how horrible it is saying that if he doesn't remove objection material whatever that is and you'll see more footage later uh... that they'll be two thousand dollars a month comprehensive book on the union growth was written by mike hansen all camera paper came out two days after that thursday yet because monday was really tuesday and and and came out it said these two thousand dollar fines on the back page of the front page you know if it was a front-page court story but

33:30 But on the back page of that paper, where the story continued it said this is for your best interest. Residents want control and they need control. For crime? Yes! They need control and most importantly Jeff it said right there these $2,000 a day fines the city doesn't want to do but they have to do them for compliance. thousand dollars a day when my automobile was stolen the police would even come out i've heard that before but it's so the thing is all of the total hypocrisy tonight nine thirty folks you don't miss this footage let me just mention as a side note to all those folks uh... it with this digestive this store was it was uh... you know that i think that that the enemy is basically prostituting three basic element fear children sex

CHAPTER 12 / 29 Discussion

Environmentalism as Religion, Corporate Control, and Social Balkanization

The host argues that "environmentalism" has been co-opted by major banks and foundations, such as Chase Manhattan and the Rockefeller Foundation, to serve as a new religion for land grabs and social control. The segment claims that "water waster hotlines" and other reporting mechanisms are designed to "balkanize" society, making neighbors suspicious of one another so that elite interests can rule more easily.

environmentalism· chase manhattan· rockefeller foundation· balkanization· social control

34:14 and environment. Environment, and crime. It's very primitive you know... Crime kids... The witch doctor says the sun won't come back unless you give the witch doctor your property And this is the reason these are the elements that they use. Very primitive and it's not that the environment isn't important but these same corporations These top 20 corporations in banks are the ones destroying the environment cutting down the rainforests and then they say vote for bigger government because it'll help the rain forest. It will help buy things out Big government never helps the environment look at Russia or China Because the same people the reason why that doesn't work is its the same people that own the corporations own the governments and also on the environmental. It's a network of control. And we're not talking about some little corporation down the street or some little local bank, We're talking about Chase Manhattan City Bank, Boone's Bank, Bankoland... Well listen I'll see you at 930 Jeff. Yes sir! Okay with it okay we will be back at nine thirty with this segment

35:01 and we raise enough, anyway it's been talked about a lot. We raised all the FM stations. And keep in mind folks the bottom line is that it's all communism It's part of the 10th plank. It's thugs getting together and convincing you to give up your rights, and now they want to force you that is why every agency is militarizing as we speak But it is communism as well. It right out of the communist era. Well look, communism fascism totalitarianism...It's all the same! ...it's a false political spectrum they've given us this left-right thing is false but big thug government and anarchy We won't represent a democracy come up with some type of philosophy of control. False philosophy, religious control! This is one of the philosophies that they take. Environmentalism is a new religion. Right, that's one of the philosophies and so are Karl Marxist teachings... financed by big bankers down the century And also I'll just briefly comment this movement

35:49 We're going to get to this here in just a moment. But there is this business of tattling on everybody, have you noticed? Water waster hotlines! If you see someone watering their yard at the time that's not appropriate for the city call and report it. You know what's funny though? UT has an exemption. I don't know if it gets you, but they have an exemption and can water all they want. These big corporations, IBM people... They all have exemptions But you watering your little flower garden... Do you see what that does?! They wanna get you used to it! What does that do ultimately to society? It balkanizes it

36:26 right it makes them suspicious of everybody no one will talk to each other. gets a biting amongst themselves so the big fish can rob and rule over you that's exactly it. And they also...cattle tail on everybody folks that what they want you do People have to understand this though out there, Jeff. Environmentalism feels good and it's a good thing if it was grassroots but its been co-opted since the 1960s It is controlled and financed Hell turn of the century the Rockefeller foundations funded all these big environmental groups as an excuse To take people land then they would build a hotel on the other side of the river What was this special bull that you handed me? I got this off the internet I want to mention, I wanna say thanks Alex is one of the people down here

CHAPTER 13 / 29 Discussion

Federal Registry, Driver's License Drug Testing, and Thumb Scanners

Using documents from the Federal Registry, the host reveals a Department of Transportation plan to fund pre-driver's license drug testing. The segment links this to the implementation of thumb scanners in Texas and the involvement of defense contractors like Lockheed Martin in domestic surveillance technology. The host warns that these measures are part of an integrated plan for "human slavery" under the guise of public safety.

federal registry· department of transportation· drug testing· thumb scanners· lockheed martin

37:02 that has teamed up and we're going out to do some investigative stories. We've got some other people coming in here in just a few minutes to do some other areas, but Alex you've done an excellent job teaming up with this program and exposing some of these shenanigans going on by these people under the disguise... Jeff, if you're not Peter Jennings then you're not wearing a $3,000 shirt on my list. Under the disguise of crime environment and kids. Okay right here now this is ... And I've gone into the Federal Registry, you can get that off the internet see They once thought the whole internet was nothing but drug addicts selling pornography. No, most of the internet is like being able to access the Library of Congress whenever you want. So I went onto the internet and at that same point you can download stuff that's not classified, the Federal Registry. That means bureaucracies who just write laws...

37:46 Let me read this. This is interesting. And no one oversees it? Let's read this. Read the summary. I'm going to, this is coming from the National Department of Transportation. You know, the national highway traffic safety. If you control mobility then you control everybody. Mobility is key. How do they knock out the Plains Indians? They killed the buffalo, their food supply and they shot their horses out from underneath them and starved them. Yeah I know let me go ahead and read this real quick here folks The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announces the availability of federal funds. See, this is how they're controlling the locals. They take our tax money and then donate it back out to the states? Announces the availability of federal funds to support the planning effort necessary to demonstrate and evaluate the effectiveness of pre-driver's license drug testing

38:40 to detour drug use. Here they're prostituting the drug users. They're going to put clinics in, it's already been passed but listen this it just has to be picked up by the states but its been defeated in three states by this group but listen to this It is part of the thumb scanners Texas had this for two and a half years was never on the news it was never in the media and this all part integrated plan imagine going get your drivers license you have urinate now they say people by member clinton a few months ago saying you know the kiddies up to seventeen left here and i put together our losses in the actual federal registry where bureaucrats just write laws and clinton proves them what does it actually say and republicans are speaking out by the way say that we're at what is it so it says not just

CHAPTER 14 / 29 Discussion

Federal Grants, Feudalism, and the Defense Industry

The host characterizes federal funding for state programs as a form of "feudalism," where states must comply with intrusive mandates—such as urine tests and hand scanners—to receive grants. The segment criticizes the defense industry's transition into the domestic security market and the media's role in promoting these technologies to the public.

federal grants· lockheed martin· surveillance· clinton administration· state compliance

39:20 not just it says people 17 and under and anyone else say this also its people of all ages now you're investigate a report haha well we're gonna have that at 9 so the thing he or your getting a lot of the hats down but the point is radio this is a perfect example of how there'd be the enemy has controlled things to talk about what works I know they were nice day they say to the state's cities the counties We'll give you so-called free funds. It's feudalism! The big central kings of Washington... But they call it free funds. Of course, we took somebody's house for it but that's okay you can go to the government and get a nice public housing. If you notice, we'll give you these free funds but what is key here

40:05 is that there's always strings attached. In other words, the states and the cities have to comply... Pee in a bottle, scan your thumb, pre-licensed drug test. Who would've thought 10 years ago they'd have to scan their thumbs? Now this urine ain't in a bottle! This will be here soon and you'll just accept it out there won't ya?! And if the states agree to it then they get $2 million dollars for what is made available for these planning grants Isn't that nice? And then they instituted it. They're going to take good care of us with that too, man! And then Lockheed Martin Marietta gets to run these nice flashy commercials selling us the thumb scanners. Lockheed Martin Marietta is putting out hand scanners and thumb scanners The defense industry is going into human slavery here in the US. They are buying media up as fast as they can. These so-called liberals who are afraid

40:52 of the military industrial complex, they better find out who owns their precious media that tells them to vote for Big Daddy Clinton. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration... what a nice little name! In fact I'm going to read some other key points later on. Alex we'll see you back folks. 930 this expose that went out in film with your producer is awesome Okay were gonna come back in here now and we've got some other guests coming in here. Okay folks it's Mike Hanson sorry to interrupt you here We're busy in here as you can see. We got editing going on, previewing over here and we need your help to keep this rolling! CHAPTER 15 / 29 Discussion

Interview with John Segura and James Ritter on Ezequiel Hernandez Jr.

Guests John Segura and James Ritter join the program to discuss their investigation into the death of Ezequiel Hernandez Jr. They describe Hernandez as a well-mannered 18-year-old student from Presidio High School who was a primary provider for his family. The guests explain their motivation for traveling 500 miles to interview the family and seek justice for what they characterize as a "murder" by U.S. Marines.

ezequiel hernandez jr· john segura· james ritter· presidio high school· wrongful death

45:12 There was a young fella, how old was this fellow? He was 18 years old. In fact his death occurred approximately one week after he had turned 18 for his 18th birthday and taken out by this Marine approximately two hours after he had obtained his Texas driver's license. So that kind of, we just want to represent not maybe represent him but try to get somebody to come forth and let's make everything right for these people who believe they were done injustice by this. Oh yeah! Let's just mention the young fellow's name was Mr... Ezequiel Hernandez Jr., and the claims are folks that he was shot to death

45:54 by US Marines in Polvo Crossing, Texas. Now join us with this and we have some excellent footage I understand to compliment this particular section or story that we're doing here If you all want to go ahead and introduce yourselves I think that would be just the best way to do it James Ritter? James Ritter is over here on my left Good to have you on the program, James. I'm John Segura. John Segura? Pleased to meet you, John. Nice meeting you sir. Okay go ahead guys if you will first off Tell us a little bit about the story and how you all happened to get involved with it. Did you actually know this young fella? No, we just kind of picked up on one and decided he was the one that gave me the invitation let's go down here and do an interview with these people see what happens so pretty much

46:46 Asked me to do this and I returned up. I'm sure let's do it Let's see maybe what but what outcome we can get because still at the time that we went down there There was still not anybody on claiming taking a claim for you know, I was one that was responsible or how the The marine troops came to be in that general area at the time that we did the interview now tell us a little bit about the What? Either one of you can comment. Tell us a little bit about what the circumstances were and how you believe that this... You're making the claim that he was murdered, is that correct? Correct. Okay give us a little bit of premises to what... Well according to reports Mr. Hernandez was 18

47:37 For a long time in that general area, real popular, well known, well mannered student. He was a student at Presidio High School. He was a junior again like I said he was 18 years old. He took the proper steps, he fed his animals right. He exercised them so they wouldn't get out of shape because he did sell them and they always put him on a block and any monies that he made was in return to go back into his family to help support him because he was one of the providers as well as his dad So pretty much he always took the time to care for his animals, feed them. Then he would take them out and exercise him and in doing so if we get a chance later go through the map I can show you where he was exer...where he... Yeah let's go ahead and do that now Let's go ahead and uh..let's go ahead and just show us what ya got here John Okay What have we got here now? Can we get a close up of this? See what we can put it we can get a close-up

CHAPTER 16 / 29 Discussion

Polvo Crossing Map, Goat Herding, and the Shooting Incident

Using a map of Polvo Crossing, the guests explain the geography of the shooting near the Rio Grande. They clarify that Ezequiel Hernandez Jr. was carrying a 1918 model .22 rifle specifically to protect his goats from wild dogs belonging to a hospitalized neighbor. The segment notes the date of the shooting as May 20th and mentions the involvement of Captain Barry Caver, who was also present at the Republic of Texas standoff.

polvo crossing· rio grande· goat herding· 22 rifle· captain barry caver

48:36 This is the general area, Volvo Crossing. If you can get the numbers everything is labeled here. They normally came in and exercise them because it was like a hillside he'd come up and take them up to mainly get him to exercise properly so he wouldn't get out of shape. And that's basically where the Marines, which were stationed here saw him come up through they were taken for granted now this is the Rio Grande River right in here they took for granted he had come through there but had not been on their personal property. Where is this near exactly? Sixteen miles south of Ocidio

49:13 You got Redford up in here and this is actually Povos Cross, a little pickup truck carrying people across. The Marines were down in this gully, this draw and Ezekiel basically came up behind him shot his gun off twice and 20 minutes later he's dead. Okay why did he shoot off his gun? And when we go through the footage, there was a older gentleman that resided right in that general area where all the Hernandez family reside. That had gotten critically ill and had been hospitalized in Marfa excuse me and he had some dogs and they were not tended for so therefore they pretty much lived off the land and since he had some younger goats these dogs would try to attack his goats So he carried

50:01 1918 model 22 that he carried and mainly what he used it for was a bang in order to scare the dogs off because they weren't robbing his animals. Okay, well the other reason why I ask is because that question may came up. I also think we're having problems with our phones down here so I don't know what... but anyway you all heard about this right? It was kind of a mutual friend of the Hernandez family who also knows some friends of mine. Since we had been out to West Texas he asked if maybe we could come out and take a look at his little situation. You actually drove down 500 miles? What city is this near, like El Paso?

50:55 Presidio, South Deville passed over 180 miles or so and this is 16 miles south of Presidio. Big Bend is further south. So what date did this event take place? I think it was May 20th. Let me see, is this all your notes to this? Oh, that's research staff there. The lovely wife. You even got the major players involved. Some of them are rather interesting. To be exact May 20th was the shooting. He was the same guy from a Republic of Texas standoff. Captain Barry Caver. I think that was him. He was involved in what took place there and it was on May 20th

CHAPTER 17 / 29 Discussion

Family Impact, Redford Community, and the 20-Minute Tracking

The guests describe the emotional toll on the Hernandez family in Redford, Texas, noting that the parents had to leave the area temporarily to cope with the grief. They detail how the Marine reconnaissance patrol tracked Ezequiel for 20 minutes before the fatal shot was fired. The community of El Polvo is described as a tight-knit area where residents were unaware of the armed military presence on their land.

redford texas· el polvo· francisco hernandez· marine reconnaissance· surveillance

51:41 You're claiming that this young fellow was gunned down by a variety of Texas Rangers and military? No, basically what it was is a Marine reconnaissance patrol probably watching Pogos crossing. The four wheel drive pickup will show you. We guess. That's the only thing around there you could have been watching Now when we get to the footage here, what are we going to be seeing on this? Do you actually interview family members of these? Well their mother and father were gone if I recall They had gone out to El Paso to get away from the house for a while. It was becoming too much on them Real bad hard thought

52:28 They were having a real hard time because their house, if they looked up towards the Catholic church there and you may see it in the footage. There's a church that you can see right next to the house and the well where Ezekiel was shot, so you know they took it pretty hard. You know being that everybody in that general area, El Polvo, La Area Esa, that area they all are pretty much united everybody knows everything if they were lose an animal they go to one neighbor no we've seen in so-and-so's place and everybody would work together if somebody needed something they were all there to tend and help each other He was shot inside the church where he was buried. Can we get a close up of this? Is that possible? Now this is the church where he attended? That's also, that's the church they had to wait in service for him also. Okay there is a copy of the church young Mr. Hernandez attended. Do you have anything else to show while we got these close ups here or... Well let see here.

53:30 Video coming up, but I want to just make a video. Well this shot here is right there What's that? Okay, hi sweetie Okay Anyway, this if you can see the gully down there the Marines are right down there Povos crossing with the big truckers up go ahead explain that while we get it up there Go ahead Right in there between them, this is the Rio Grande here. And the gully runs right up through here and the Marines were down there. The four wheel drive pickup slash ferry boats down here off on upper river and Ezekiel came in behind him was shooting off at you know just shooting off so they tracked him for 20 minutes when he went to fire a third shot long way off

54:27 We also have some footage of the Republic of Texas. Do we not have an interview with Michael Madsen, the one that was shot by DPS and he didn't even have any type of record? So they basically murdered him as well out of that Republic of Texas situation. Well it's a pretty short interview. There is my second oldest brother in all See what else we have down here. I want to get to the video in a little bit but why are you all doing this? Let me ask that then, so you got involved in the story... I was asked by my friend who is a friend of the Hernandez family if he could come down and take a look at it. Ok did his parents also believe that he was murdered? Yes

55:20 because the mother was at the time of the shooting, I was told by one of the second to the oldest brother. The time of the shooting was about 6 15 p.m and normally they all come out and sit out on side of house and just enjoy the cool air you know sun's going down they get this just enjoy the shade so um...they were They had come out and enjoyed the evening when they heard the fire.

CHAPTER 18 / 29 Discussion

Self-Defense Claims, Marine Identification, and Potential Indictments

The host plays devil's advocate, questioning if the Marines acted in self-defense. The guests argue that the Marines failed to identify themselves, which would have likely caused Hernandez to halt. They discuss the ongoing investigation by District Attorney Alberto Valadez in Presidio County, who is seeking grand jury indictments against the Marines involved in the shooting.

self-defense· marine corps· alberto valadez· presidio county· grand jury

56:03 It didn't sound like the normal 22 that he shot in the area and when they all tried to go uphill to find out what happened by that time US Border Patrol had come in and wouldn't let them near him. They wouldn't even let them know what had taken place other than they heard a loud bang, gunfire and knew it wasn't the average .22 Can I play devil's advocate with you? A lot of people watching this show Let's say if there were some new folks watching the show that believe, for example, that the Branch Davidians deserve to be murdered in their home in Waco. These other events where these government agencies have gone in with wrong addresses and harassed people and whatnot... What would be your argument then? To say this young fellow fired

56:56 Maybe the Marines at the time were firing what they believed a threat to them and they were firing back in self-defense. I don't know as far as the Marines claiming that they were firing in self-defense. I don't think that... I don't know if that's even what they're claiming, just from anybody who has tuned into this program would say well we really don't know what went on there maybe this young fellow was firing at these marines and maybe they just fired you gotta look at things in all respects As far as them being threatened

57:38 uh... in in and probably that's what it's in regards to uh... that would probably be their client wouldn't let that that's that's exactly what came out on the footer on all the reports we got on our own paperwork research so we did they felt that they were threatened because he was carrying that unities are like us but we should mention earlier he'd been tracked for twenty minutes so if they fell threatened and at the same time all you have to do is advise them, identify themselves. I believe that would have been enough threat because he would have known by this certain corporal identifying himself as a United States Marine doing surveillance for Border Patrol watch he would've halted. Yeah of course how many people were actually involved in this? There were approximately five people one Mr. Hernandez and four Marines

58:26 What are all these other names that you have here, these DPS fellows? Those are the people that are involved in the investigation whether they come from Justice Department. He's head of the Texas Rangers and again he went to the Republic of Texas and was in the investigations there And then the DA came out Alberto Valadez is trying to bring the indictments down over in Presidio County. He is a DA for that area He's trying to bring indictments down on the Marines? That is correct. And if they do, they should be served and come out of the courtroom I would believe August 14th if that's correct for the date Before we get into the video John what else...I want you all have an opportunity to say everything that you want to present here Of course were going to have some time here but

CHAPTER 19 / 29 Discussion

Seeking Justice for the Hernandez Family and Video Technicalities

John Segura emphasizes that the goal of their investigation is to ensure justice and an apology for the Hernandez family, who had received no official communication regarding the "wrongful death." A brief technical delay occurs as the host realizes the footage brought to the studio is at the wrong playback speed, leading to a temporary shift in the program's schedule.

wrongful death· funeral expenses· justice· investigation· video production

59:23 Well let me ask you this, have you seen the footage? Or were down there making it right. Yes I was the one that did the interview with Devon on his family. Ok what are we going to be seeing ok before we get to that What do you want...are you pushing for indictments on these murders? Are you pushing for indictments? Maybe maybe you could say that we are maybe not necessarily We want justice served That's what we want for our benefit. We're doing it for the Hernandez family because when we went down there to do the interview they still hadn't received a word from anybody

1:00:01 As far as saying I'm sorry, you know there was a wrongful death or we're responsible for it We killed him in any in any way any form nothing nobody had told Had come forth to say anything to that on this family and we didn't feel that was right Because he was an 18 year old kid. He was a Texan um he was trying to educate herself to make himself better and And we just feel that it was wrong, you know a wrongful death. That's what we say. So you want justice? That's correct all we want is for somebody to How much time have you put into this since the... The research and everything well as you can see there's What did you do did you go down spend a few days down here We drove down there so we left one Thursday evening went down there and did a Did an interview with them during the day would they invite us into their house? We got to going in and we get to see

1:00:50 their house, what he grew up like. We got to see his goats and his storage shed. They welcomed us real well and we thought that had a big impact on it. Okay folks Yeah, we've actually the original footage that we brought down to the studio is at the wrong speed. It's gotta be SP I guess so we've got a messenger to get the right SP copy So this actual footage is going to held off for about an hour or so and what about

1:01:47 Where did he go? What about the Republic of Texas footage, were you involved in that as well? No I didn't get a chance to make that one. Ok but we can still go ahead and run that can't we instead for now We've already told these people 930 for the lawn one Why don't we just go on with the Republic of Texas then come back with John again And when Jimmy and them get back then we'll play part of it Okay, that makes the most sense to me. Now we do have some footage

1:02:25 And we're going to get you back, John. There's just some confusion because I apologize we brought the wrong speed here. It happens! We were fixing...I was actually fixing to go into your piece here but it...We don't have it But we will So we're gonna...It's probably..I don't know where he lives so I don't know how long this is going to take him Oh I figure that he should be back in about 15 minutes Okay folks what we are going to do is continue this story for about 15-20 minutes with John Segura and James Ritter. There's a big

1:03:06 The story going on down there at Pueblo crossing Texas basically saying that there were charges being made that the Marines murdered this young fellow along the border. Correct And we have the footage and you've interviewed We went down and did an interview with Francisco Hernandez who was second to the oldest brother of Ezequiel because they're three brothers, and they have a younger brother also We went down and did an interview with him. He took us over their property, we got to see the Rio Grande. He showed us the exact areas because everything was tapered off with the yellow tape, the yellow ribbon they use when they do general investigations And he got to show...we got to see for

CHAPTER 20 / 29 Discussion

Mainstream Media Bias, Fort Davis Protests, and Information Control

The host and guests discuss the systematic suppression of information by mainstream media and government agencies like the FBI and DPS. They cite the Fort Davis standoff as an example where protesters were ignored in favor of official press conferences. They also note that Ezequiel Hernandez Sr. was prevented from identifying his son's body for several hours following the shooting.

mainstream media· dps· fbi· fort davis· information control

1:03:47 film and tape where the Marines were set up, where the one Marine moved to and set himself up. And where Mr. Ezequiel Hernandez was stationed at when he came on site. And then they advised him that there had been a shooting by that time the Marines had already been airlifted out and haul back the camp pedals. Okay we ready with the Republic of Texas footage? Okay, one minute for that. See John I guess where I'm going with this is since 1990 when I made my first run for public office...I have seen repeatedly information in the so-called mainstream media where information is either you don't hear it

1:04:40 or it's discredited, depending on what it is. Or you don't get any information or you get what I would call pre-approved script For example, the Republic of Texas footage that we're fixing to show shows dozens of people out protesting the DPS and standing up for those people inside the so-called compound at Fort David. Well, we never really saw that in mainstream media. The only thing we saw was this DPS fella He would give like two or three times a day he'd give a news conference and it was just like a fashioned... And that's all you get. They always set aside one spokesman and all

1:05:27 and all he's going to give is a brief comment. And they also did this in Waco, where the only information we were receiving was from this stupid FBI conference every day and that's all we were getting. Each time the actual people who are the victims they're not even allowed access to the media, their phone lines are cut off. I mean this is... and i'm suggesting that you know this may be the case in a situation like this well haven't really followed this issue but.. You have.... A lot of what you said it's very much true Jeff because in this case right here the father which is Ezequiel Sr was not allowed to come up and view his son

1:06:14 Until I believe Mr. Francisco Hernandez told me it was maybe almost 10 p.m before he came and that was because the main sheriff out of Presidio County had come to the residence and asked him to come up To the top till I make sure and make a positive idea is what I want to tell you So you do see some of these signs of this happening. I've seen it repeatedly, in fact when this whole Republic of Texas thing was going on I attempted to have Rick McLaren call in on this program because he had been a guest here prior to that and the DPS just flat out denied it

CHAPTER 21 / 29 Discussion

Shortwave Radio, Redford Investigation, and Jurisdictional Confusion

The guests discuss gathering information from shortwave radio and local research to correct media errors regarding the location of the shooting (Redford vs. Redlands). They highlight the confusion between the Presidio County Sheriff, the U.S. Border Patrol, and the Marine Corps, noting that local law enforcement was initially unaware that military surveillance was being conducted in the area.

shortwave radio· redford· presidio county sheriff· border patrol· marine surveillance

1:06:56 So in other words, there are all these charges being made about this person or that person or this group and they are absolutely unable to even counter any of these charges. And it's just an onslaught of misinformation and no information, pre-approved information. You see this time and time again. That is correct it happens all the time a lot of this information we got our research crew which are located back at the houses they went through a lot to bring all this up We have to give them thanks for because they do a lot of research for us Of course

1:07:33 going through the news media and listen to what we can find whether it comes off cable, news network or any of the network stations that we can get a hold of just to hear more. We've gone...We've heard announcements made on shortwave that came about that we picked up information also and in fact I cannot remember the gentleman's name who has the radio station on the shortwave but he gave us a lot of information and gave a lot of news media that had wrong ideas about what happened, you know made them correct. You know stood up for it okay let's get this information right guys like he announced in San Antonio, lets get it right its not called Redlands its called Redford

1:08:15 El Polvo is an area of Redford which is maybe five miles. But you still got to want to then if it even made print? In Presidio County, in fact the day that we were down there doing our interview there was the newspaper clipping and had come up that district attorney, the DA down there, Valadez wanted to make a motion to the grand jury to bring down indictments, to bring these officers down and get a thorough investigation other than just okay well this happened you shot him this took place here and that okay that's it. That's pretty much what their investigation was and it was closed nobody else said anything nobody knew anything when they brought the main sheriff down there from Presidio County he wasn't aware that there was a Marine Corps

1:09:00 troops set up down there to do surveillance. US, United States Border Patrol didn't want a claim for that they said we don't have anything to do with it we don't know anything hmm but then after everybody got together somebody had to say okay yeah we know about them but by that time chopper came in airlifted them and they were out Well, that sounds like an interesting story John. Let's go ahead now folks this is different from what we're talking about here We are waiting for the footage from John and James when he gets back but concerning the incident in Pobo Crossing Texas where a young fellow was

CHAPTER 22 / 29 Discussion

Republic of Texas Standoff Footage and Roadblock Interactions

The program transitions to footage from the Republic of Texas standoff at Fort Davis. The video shows interactions at DPS roadblocks, featuring various individuals expressing support for those inside the "embassy." The footage captures the atmosphere of the siege, including the presence of armed law enforcement and the frustrations of those attempting to bring information to the public.

republic of texas· fort davis· dps· roadblocks· george douglas

1:09:45 Ezequiel Hernandez was apparently shot down by US Marines. But until we get back, we're going to play about 15-20 minutes from some exclusive footage concerning the Republic of Texas and their so called siege 20 months back or a couple of months back and of course ended up in the death of one of the fellows in it. Jeff who? Do you recall that fellow I left on your desk there, George Douglas under the clipboard? Oh yeah I'm supposed to be on the show today aren't I? I don't know. Well we all get so busy! You better call him at 130 my time when he's supposed

1:10:26 And some Neosporin. Yeah, that's great! Hi! Hello! I get that burn every time I slip on the mountain and slide down. We're here... I've had worse days Well being an embassy guard Got to have what's up in the downs. Did you say imbecile or embassy? Because I do both! Well, when are they going to stop us? When are they gonna do this and that? What was it 443 on I-10 last cop? Last cop he was a black and white earning revenue. Generating revenue. Writing them to getting that autograph.

1:11:27 We brought up some uh... Well we know Rick, we've been up there twice. That's the important reason they do it. Well that might be a reason why they let us go! So far what we got folks, not much support. I was hoping there'd be tons of people out here. Well... We won't stand for no more Waco's and no more Ruby Ridges. Is that it? Yeah! Are you able to fill the roadblock? Help them out Gino

1:12:19 Busy doing God's work. We did God's work a little while ago, help somebody broke down. That's the way it is pushing our people around, or trying to push our people around. To make this move with your ID card... And the River Knot well? Folks don't believe that but that's coming and it's all about. Look at this maw I told you should come with me keep me out of trouble. What does all that say? 9 feet.

1:13:01 We, the black community of Black City and Black Helmets machine gun turret and SDF FBI want to bow and kiss you. We in Congress and U.S Supreme Court have been kissing you I'm an ecumenical multicultural globalist preacher let me kiss ya Well... sounds like it might be X-rated but... No comment. Ooh!

1:14:16 Boy, talk about info babes. This place looks a lot different than the last time we were out here when we visited. Shut up! To protect and serve, remain and burn

1:14:58 How much do they get? 38,000 a year. 42,000 a year and there they sit. Hello, bro. You know what's crazy? She's way down here. Have you ever been back in there yourself?

CHAPTER 23 / 29 Discussion

Fort Davis Spokesperson, Ron Beanes, and Peaceful Resolution Efforts

Ron Beanes, a resident of Jeff Davis County, acts as a spokesperson for the Republic of Texas at the request of Archie Lowe. He addresses the crowd regarding a scheduled meeting on May 4th. The footage shows various perspectives on the DPS's handling of the situation, with some participants calling for a peaceful end to the standoff while others criticize the heavy law enforcement presence.

1:18:15 I'm a bubba and i'm okay. I'm okay the bubba way. I've never seen a Mini-14 with a bayonet nut.

1:19:16 Are we all in agreement that we want God's blessing on this whole thing to end peacefully? and according to his will, we have come to some agreement on that. Okay I just talked to Archie Lowe here a few minutes ago my name is Ron Baines in case anybody doesn't know who i am yet. B-E-A-N-E-S I'm a resident here in Jeff Davis County of Texas Alright...I talked to Archie Lowe on the phone a few minutes ago he asked that I go ahead and be spokesperson for the Republics of Texas since he can't be here himself

1:20:09 All right, and what he asked me to inform the people of right now is that on Sunday May 4th, this coming Sunday at 1pm. Look at them all real men huh? There's the only man I know walking right there. I don't know anything about these other guys Stand there and tell me what you think of DPS. They're not doing a bad job, but I think they can... I think both sides are doing a good job. What'd you try to be? You're exactly right Gene. Stayed lettuce-grown up the same, have some steaks, couple beers, not ask no questions

1:21:06 Everything will be just fine. It's so simple, you know? Maybe that is the problem with the whole damn answer was so simple! Yeah it is all ridiculous having all this shit out here One more two more oh lord look at them all stand there and watch em There are a ton of them I guess everyone's going to work somewhere else. Well, they're all going to a probably different shift. They're probably going home! No, I mean, there was people... Oh. Uh-huh. Let's come back for the next ones?

1:22:07 There they go. Hell no. We just missed the... that must have been the uh...

CHAPTER 24 / 29 Discussion

On-Site Investigation of the Ezequiel Hernandez Jr. Shooting Site

The program airs the investigative footage from Redford, Texas. John Segura walks through the location where Ezequiel Hernandez Jr. grazed his goats. He points out the specific ravine where the Marines were hidden and the telephone pole near the Hernandez residence where the fatal shot was fired. The footage highlights the proximity of the military surveillance team to the family home.

1:23:10 Hello Austin, Texas. We are back! Now folks, as I promised you we have some footage pertaining to young Mr. Hernandez and before we get to it I want to give y'all a brief opportunity

1:23:54 to say pretty much what we're going to be saying on this video. We'll go to James first Welcome back, James I appreciate you going to get that video since we uh... Go ahead, James What do ya think? Well, we just basically wanted to take some pictures and have a little fun What d'ya think? Yeah Uh, we went down there to take some pictures yeah You know Take an evening ride Tryin' to bring something up informative for the people just to make them aware of what happened. Let them know that there were other people out there who are aware of what happened and they ain't forgotten, they're out in the middle of nowhere. I want to say that I appreciate you doing what your doing and bringing it into this program

1:24:44 Because it enhances the best with this program is all about. Information that you know one reason or another may not be seen in the so-called mainstream. That's the kind of information we seem to wind up with? Yeah, that's what a guy we want down here We showed some other West Texas standoff while I was gone I guess Yes we did Are we ready with the video now go ahead and explain this is Can't talk over the video or...I think its got audio to it doesn't Yes sir. Play it. We'll let you all make a closing statement and I invite you all back if we don't fill ya enough in, well maybe but it's hard to say.

1:25:39 He'd watch them, walk them up and down the road. This is where they would feed if you could see off into this...where this ravine is. This was usually where he would bring them out so they could feed and walk around. He could tell how far distance they were because he had bells on his animals. Now he normally grazed him there and walked him towards his residence just to cool down for his own Now if you look beyond this hilltop, you can see some little yellow markers right even straight ahead where that pole is. Yes sir! That is where the Marine was... should I say? That was his location. That was his location when he shot Mr. Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez was located at this old residence with his family. Don't go too fast for me. He's right there

CHAPTER 25 / 29 Discussion

Witness Testimony, Border Patrol Absence, and Military Presence

A witness (speaking in Spanish with English translation) describes the events leading up to the shooting, noting that the family was unaware of any armed military personnel in the area. The segment emphasizes that the U.S. Border Patrol, despite frequenting the roads, claimed to have no knowledge of the Marine surveillance operation until after Hernandez was killed.

1:26:28 By that telephone pole. I can see some yellow tape or something out there. How do your parents treat you? Anybody else come out here to try and help you in any way? No, my family is working on the borders because of the monster attack.

1:27:20 I think there was a guy following him from over there, but he came walking this way. He was just walking and... Over there, that side of the house is where it goes down to that hill in the middle. And he was coming here so they could take him away from here. They were beating him up, you know? So then he was coming all this way and he was walking around here. The house, the one with that thing? Here? If you can get footage on that adobe house right there, there's a ravine that Red lets in. That's where his brother would walk his animals in and give them their exercise as they came up over the cliff He would walk this way to keep his animals from going farther down and getting away from him

1:28:11 The Marine was stationed there when he saw him cross the road, he let him get into the area here and then fired at him. So he had come by that marine to begin with? He came by him and then cut across to come back to his property Do you think he was aware that the Marines were out there? No idea Nobody knew anything The Marines were set up over there. When they saw his brother making his descent to come towards the residence is when they moved in and one stationed himself, to take a shot. Oh Lord! Take your hat off

1:29:17 This is where he was located when he was found. He was laying with feet facing that way and a head this way. With the people that live in the general area right here all around surrounding this area nobody knew anything other or otherwise of these Marines being out here on this property whether they were doing

1:29:57 Traffic control or foot patrol or whatever nobody had any knowledge whatsoever of what was taking place on these pieces of property. Nobody knew there were armed military personnel in here? Nobody knew they were armed, or they were military personnel and all these people almost all commuted to one another they all live here. The poor patrol was very rich. When the water moved to the other side of the river, we didn't know why. We were close to our homes and they were coming. If someone crossed over the river, the poor patrol would have arrived but we never knew that there were people there. So when this happened, the poor patrol said they didn't know anything because they already were there

CHAPTER 26 / 29 Discussion

Mistaken Identity, Wild Dogs, and the Single-Shot .22 Rifle

The investigation explores how the Marines could have mistaken a goat herder for a drug trafficker. The guests reiterate that Hernandez carried an antique, single-shot 1918 model .22 rifle solely to scare off wild dogs that were attacking his livestock. They argue that the Marines had 20 minutes to assess the situation but failed to recognize Hernandez was simply tending to his animals.

mistaken identity· drug trafficking· wild dogs· 22 rifle· goat herder

1:30:55 There had been vehicular traffic by US Border Patrol on both this main road we came into and this other road that sits behind us to my left. When they found Mr. Hernandez's body here and advised and notified Border Patrol, no one from Border Patrol had any knowledge whatsoever that the U.S. Marine troops were out here in this field let alone why they were out here or what they we're doing. Holy shit! He said that they frequent, the Border Patrol frequented these roads for three days four days and when this incident took place nobody knew anything. Nobody had any knowledge nobody wanted to fess up Ford because there was no way that anybody could know

1:31:44 that these Marines were out here. Now what they were doing on Mexico soil is another thing. That's what I was going to say, you said they were across the river? Across the river and come this side and set up a Marine at this one point to pinpoint the target for this person even though that Marine suspected he was a drug trafficker They never... They failed to recognize and see his animals in which way he was doing because he was a goat herder How would they think he's a drug trafficker if he was just out here? They saw him walk through the ravine. They misinterpreted and took under consideration that he had crossed from Mexico side over the river to come this way, but why there is no reason nobody knows at this point in time Mr. Hernandez advised me that there has been a few reporters that have come out

1:32:42 to no avail have had no results. Let's see if we can't change that. He carried 22 rifle single shot it was 1918 made, it was for something from here to there maybe I understand that. For protection of the goats you know, we got a lot of wild dogs around here. Yes sir. Here lived an old man who was mute and deaf. He came with us because he had some months left before they took him away to the hospital

1:33:27 The reason that his brother carried a .22 rifle was that in this residence here there used to be an elderly man who was deaf-mute. and the brother and this gentleman would come over and talk to him even though they just had a simple sign language in order try to communicate. The gentleman got put in the hospital, was hospitalized about three months ago or so And he had several dogs that he left behind that were not tended for since he was hospitalized away from here

1:34:18 The animals had the tendency to go out and try to find food. So what they would do is they would wait for the goats to come out, and after the goats came out as when they would come out and try to feed off of the goats therefore that was a reason Mr. Hernandez carried it 22 solely to protect his animals And To try to scare off the dogs and wild dogs that all lived in the area That way wouldn't bring harm to his animals or anybody else in there The 22 had very little impact if anything. All he mainly used it to was for scaring because it didn't have maybe but a 10 foot travel, It was such an old model.

CHAPTER 27 / 29 Discussion

Family Trauma, Psychological Impact, and Anonymous Funeral Funding

The guests discuss the severe psychological trauma suffered by the Hernandez family, particularly a young niece who claims to see visions of Ezequiel. They also reveal a mysterious detail: when the family went to Marfa to pay for funeral expenses, they were told the costs had already been covered by an anonymous source whose identity could not be disclosed.

1:35:06 The parents of Mr. Hernandez are away from the residence at this time They were instructed to take a break because they needed to get away from it It was tending to be a lot on them. I can understand that decided that the remaining children decided to send them off and to visit with other relatives, in the part of Texas. To get away from it that way they wouldn't just be resting on their shoulders Well I hope you extend invitation if they're ever in Austin Texas. We have a lot of problems because we also have a little sister who is sick and her mother is young so she has to go to school. She doesn't know what to do and she's already been diagnosed by the doctor. My brother told him he should go with her

1:36:00 I gotta get the sun behind me, baby. Mr.. Hernandez said that at the present time. They're having problems with the niece lives in El Paso Which in the child being oh I'd say between two maybe two and a half three years old has suffered a lot of mental anguish because At the time she is telling mr. Nondes his sister's mother then she sees

1:36:56 That she sees Ezequiel Jr. telling her to come, you know, come to me come with me and therefore she's suffering a lot of mental trauma Right now at the present time they don't know what measures they have to take but they're thinking that he may possibly have to go into psychological treatment due to this one incident because she constantly sees Ezequiel Jr I can't leave her alone, nothing.

1:37:49 My brother loved her a lot. She had pictures of horses and everything Mr. Hernan is telling me that Mr. Ezequiel Jr was really, really very fond of this child This child on a routine basis every 15 days came to visit with the grandparents To come out and spend some time here And that was when Ezekiel Jr would always constantly try to give her the attention to make a better relationship between them

1:38:54 And at this point in time the family doesn't know what will be done or what is going to happen if there's anything else that is going to happen or take place. Have they at least offered some kind of compensation? No, no one has offered anything but money for all the funeral expenses Mr. Hernandez is telling me that while they were in the process of gathering the money to have this funeral for Mr. Ezequiel Hernandez Jr., they had to go to Marfa to claim the body upon their arrival in Marfa, they were informed that all funeral services

CHAPTER 28 / 29 Discussion

Catholic Services, Identification of the Body, and Scene Restrictions

The footage shows the white and blue Catholic church where the funeral services for Hernandez were held. The guests describe how the family was barred from the shooting site during the initial investigation, with only Ezequiel Hernandez Sr. eventually being allowed to approach the scene to identify his son's body.

1:39:50 had been paid for and covered but the source was not able to be revealed. What? And to this date they still do not know who was the one that took charge as far as covering expenses for the funeral. Oh... If you can take a picture and see the church, the white and blue church. This is where Mr. Ezequiel Hernandez was brought for his funeral wake and services They had him here I would say from one day to another And they had prayer rosary and awake service as normal Catholics do in our religion This is where they held all of their services

1:40:35 Where? We wanted to bring some flowers for him, but we couldn't find any. We were looking for a place to buy some flowers, or a crown. My wife was the one who said she wanted us to go and buy two flowers. One where they found them and another to take to the cemetery. But we got here but they didn't want to bring them from Austin because

1:41:27 It was almost 12 hours of driving because they didn't know we were coming. We're not there anymore, my mom is with the other family and I'm here alone. And your mother was at home? Yes she was outside in a soup kitchen until late afternoon. Mr. Hernandez also said and stated that If you can see the houses where they live at, where they reside. Mr. Hernandez was sitting out in the shade because it was like 6-630 in the evening They were all outside enjoying the evening when they heard a shot and it was real loud shot. A lot louder than 22 huh? Which was which was In return got their attention therefore They came up here to see what had happened is when that is when they discovered mr. Hernandez's body here and

1:42:33 The soldier who fired the shot, did he come here? Did he get close to you or didn't you see him? No we didn't see him. We were not allowed to go there. Mr. Hernandez also says that after the shooting there was nobody allowed to come up here to this one particular area until after they were through with their initial investigation. After that, they only let one person come up here and that was Mr. Hernandez Sr., Ezequiel Sr.. He was the only one who was allowed to come up here to identify and make sure that the body they had found was therefore his son

1:43:18 When my dad came, he came this way because there were a lot of people here. So Nani says that when the shot was fired, they heard the shot.

CHAPTER 29 / 29 Discussion

Responsibility for the Shooting and Closing Remarks on Justice

The segment concludes with a call for accountability and a formal apology from the Marine Corps to the Hernandez family. The guests praise District Attorney Alberto Valadez for his efforts to bring indictments. The host and guests finish the program by emphasizing the need for justice and the protection of citizens from mistaken identity by military personnel on domestic soil.

1:43:55 They didn't see Ezequiel Jr. Therefore, Mr. Hernandez drove down the road again over on this side of the ravine and came around when he came up here He was asked by officers to remove his cell therefore He went back around to come through as usual route is when he made contact over on this road by the church Made contact with US Border Patrol and they sure murder my little horse of a word I can see how these Marines better might have been pumped up a little bit. I don't know if that's say murder, might have been there are those out there who think...I know that we have to clear the border of civilians and that way the Marines uh the military can do whatever they want down there and there are those who think this was a set-up so that government could come back and say so we make sure this doesn't happen again we just move all civilians from from the border area i dont'know about that or not

1:44:54 But we would like to see somebody take responsibility for this. To the Hernandez family, it would be nice. It would be nice if the people who are Supposed to be our representatives in this part as far as the Marines that took place in the shooting. The DA of course, Mr Valadez he's doing a wonderful job down there and as far as trying to get the indictments come down and be served for justice we do need to make sure that this is accounted for it's not something that can just happen or take place shoot

1:45:31 Any 18 year old just because you think he's a drug trafficker, there is too much mistaken identity. How they confused him with one I'll never know it should have been perfectly obvious He shot twice and they waited 20 minutes before the Marines shot him You would have thought in those 20 minutes they might of figured something out I do believe they had plenty of time to assert the situation and make right by it. Whether the proper procedures were taken or not, that's something else that has to come forth and be brought up during their initial investigation because that is something we can't gain access too. No, we certainly can't. We've certainly tried.

1:46:16 I don't know. In the presenting of this we do hope that some justice is served for the Hernandez family, that's mainly what our concern is We're not out to push anybody as far saying well he murdered and hang him... And you don't want just hang some marine or something? ...we want justice to be brought forth if anything Somebody take responsibility no major officer showed up to apologize to the family or anything like this and that was kind of rude This Republic of Texas president guy sent a little letter, so at least there's somebody trying to... And again we also have to give thanks to Jeff Davis for bringing us on and letting us bring this interview forward. Alright that's it! Alright who wants the lady? Let James go. Go ahead. Yes sir. God bless the republic! Death to New World Order!!!
