This was the attorney general for Williamson County Oh Williamson County! And I said well if I'm making my payments and everything caught up why do you want to put me on ten year probation? I said seem like that's something you would do if I wasn't making my payment

37:40 And his response was, well this is what they do to all the people that make the child support payments out of Williamson County. I said never heard anything like that before. Put people on probation for child support payments? Ten year probation. How old is your child? Two. But anyway...I just thought- I'd never heard anything like that before and then they say of course if you don't make your payment you're gonna go to jail So it's either jail or probation. I was like, that don't make sense to me if you're making payments why go 10 years on probation? You need to pay for that too. Yeah. This is Williams County all this is going on in. So what your general perception of this place? Uh...I think they're out there to get money and uh most people that have heard has been in there when I was in there similar cases. I had one guy told me he called the police out there

He called the police, him and his girlfriend was having a dispute he said look you're gonna do the right thing you can call the police get her stuff out of house leave but when the police got there they took him to jail and took his girlfriend in jail and then turned the kids into over to the state. Well some that last one I'm like I didn't steal a car it was this and summing it for a sound bike summing it up Okay well I didn't steal a car nor did I steal any equipment, nor did I run a stop sign. But yet I had to pay the cost." Did you get a fine too? Yeah, I had paid like $200-something dollar fine Plus a year's probation they was talking about. They were trying to give me only one year worth of probation Just for driving around with equipment on Sunday afternoon And if I would have took the probation now I'd have paid like 100 something dollars a month
