00:01 Okay folks, it's December 7th here in South Texas and I could not see a damn thing driving out here so i had to pull over. But as you can see its got pretty bad pretty quick and uh... You can see it starting to accumulate which is very very unusual It's very very heavy wet snow It's already starting to accumulate on the cars and everything else. So too bad it's not Christmas, we'd have a white Christmas people are barely making it out on the roads right now I'm almost to the city of Lockhart We'll see how it is when we get there I'l make another report but look at here its winter in Texas Its either you're swimming at 90 degrees or you have snow very unusual
