About this episode

Austin police officers forcibly removed a paralyzed hardware store employee from his vehicle during a traffic stop on I-35 South, ignoring his recent spinal surgery and medical dependency on a wheelchair. The victim, who uses hand controls to drive, was initially stopped for littering before the encounter escalated into a physical struggle involving two officers and the driver’s wife, a local probation officer. Witnesses at a nearby gas station intervened as the officers allegedly attempted to pull the man out by his arms while his legs remained pinned under the steering wheel.

Following the altercation, the Austin Police Department conducted an Internal Affairs investigation after the driver and two independent witnesses filed sworn statements and presented a torn shirt as evidence of the assault. Despite the victim’s claims that the lead officer appeared to be under the influence of steroids, the department issued a formal letter three weeks later clearing all personnel of wrongdoing. Mike Hanson connects this incident to the broader militarization of law enforcement, citing the case of Mike Helms as further proof of a systemic shift toward paramilitary policing and globalist control over the 7.2 million people currently in the U.S. correctional system.

This archival segment features Mike Hanson confronting officials regarding police conduct and the perceived futility of internal self-policing. Hanson also details his ongoing efforts to digitize historical footage of Alex Jones and Jeff Davis through the Hanson Archives and Waco Archives projects. He offers his book, Bohemia Grove: Cult of Conspiracy, as a fundraising tool to preserve these records of the early patriot movement.

Interview with Paralyzed Hardware Store Employee

An unidentified man who works at an Austin hardware store describes his physical condition resulting from a motocross accident fifteen years ago. He explains that he is partially paralyzed from the waist down and primarily uses a wheelchair, though he can walk short distances with braces and a walker. His wife previously served as a probation officer within the local corrections system.

01:41 Keep supporting us, we need the support. It's costing a lot of money God bless you I love Mike Hanson Archives Hardware store is in Austin and he's a man And he just wheeled up here talking to me and told me his story He has all the documents to prove it folks but protect his identity We're not going to obviously show that here because he is afraid No criminal record Good decent person His wife worked Does she still work in corrections? She used to be a probation officer for eight. Yeah, I mean probation officer you know in the system done nothing wrong why don't you well first off your wheelchair and can you tell us about your injuries? I was hurt in a motor cross accident when I was 17 been in a wheelchair for roughly 15 years

02:40 What is the extent of your paralysis? I had an injury to my low back. I'm partially paralyzed from the waist down, but I can still walk with use of a walker and braces So you can focus with a walker and braces Yes but i use wheelchair to get around majority of time But it's hard for you right now without something hold on to get up yes I couldn't do it without assistance My grandmother had polio and it's hard for her to walk, and it's not as extensive as the paralysis you have. What happened to your first run-in with the law? With the boss?

CHAPTER 03 / 11 Discussion

Traffic Stop Incident on I-35 South in Austin

The interviewee recounts being pulled over by an unmarked white police car in South Austin while driving home from a foosball game. The officer questioned him about the mechanical sticks attached to his steering wheel, which the driver explained were hand controls for his disability. The driver informed the officer of his paralysis immediately upon being asked for his license and registration.

03:30 My wife and I were heading home. We live in South Boston, we were leaving a place called The Warehouse where I play foosball with a few friends on Tuesday nights This was a Saturday evening We were heading home down I-35 south and I was smoking cigarette, it kind of stuck to my fingers and burned me. And I put what I could out the window. I usually don't throw cigarettes out. Didn't think anything of it when Went to a couple of exits, it went to exit. I noticed an undercover police car behind me, unmarked white police car with its lights on and made the corner and immediately pulled into the gas station to see what problem was. A police officer came up to the vehicle asked me for my license registration he asked me what

04:34 I had some sticks that i was driving with, laying in my seat. He asked me what those were and told him they were wheelchairs. The sticks attached to the steering wheel? Yes! I was getting my hand controls installed that very next Monday. The truck was brand new. He asked me what the sticks where for and I told him thats what I drive with when Im in a wheelchair. He didnt say anything about it. So you said Im in a wheelchair? Yes im in a wheelchair thats what I drive with Didn't say anything about it. Asked for license, registration. Told me he was going to run my license and asked if there was anything that he needed to know about it I said no sir He said what about you Mr. Swarbrick? So you said No Sir! To the authority person who is better than you because they are wearing uniform Because we work for them now That's New America and we are slaves Well because they're the boss They work for government And I'm serious just know your place Go ahead

CHAPTER 04 / 11 Discussion

Police Citation for Littering and Verbal Confrontation

A police officer issued a littering citation to the driver for throwing a cigarette butt out of his window. The driver expressed frustration, suggesting that tax dollars should be spent chasing actual criminals rather than targeting him. The officer responded by threatening to issue multiple additional citations, which the driver perceived as a power game.

05:23 I was always taught to respect the law. You know, for the police and for the military it. I do believe we have some good police officers out there doing a good job but we have thugs that attack people in wheelchairs continue absolutely he asked my wife is there's anything that you need she needed to know about her is going to run her license said no sir went his vehicle came back said I'm right just citation for littering And I just kind of under my breath said wonderful he goes really and I didn't pursue it. You talked back to the cop? You said wonderful to him? Look at how tough his job is!

06:07 You know what he goes through? You're going to pay now. I'm sorry, go ahead finish the story. You have to understand that the kid that mows our lawn had all of his lawn equipment stolen earlier in that afternoon in front of somebody's house a thousand dollars worth of equipment That he made us kind of living with out broad daylight lots of crime taking place in our neighborhood and South Austin And so I was a little upset about that So you said wonderful to a king and this is not allowed so what happened next He wrote me the ticket and as I went to sign it, I said, I don't mind signing this. But I think my tax dollars could have been better spent by you actually going and chasing criminals instead of messing with me over a cigarette butt.

CHAPTER 05 / 11 Discussion

Physical Altercation and Alleged Steroid Use by Police

The situation escalated when the officer reached into the vehicle, grabbed the keys, and demanded the paralyzed driver exit without his wheelchair. Despite the driver explaining he had recently undergone major back surgery involving the installation of rods, the officer and a partner attempted to pull him out by his arms. The interviewee suggests the officer's aggressive behavior may have been fueled by steroids.

06:50 He goes, oh really? I said yeah really. And he goes well i can make things real difficult for you. I can write you up for three or four more citations if you want me to and I realized at that point he was playing a power game. I just put my hands up as fine whatever and he goes all right he reaches in grabs my keys out of my ignition steps back from the vehicle start screaming get out and I kind of put my hands up like I can't And so he gets really upset, flings my door open and screams get out at me again. And I was just kind of shaking my head like you know... He already knew that i was in a wheelchair So for him to ask me to get out the vehicle without my wheelchair was just kind of absurd to me. So then he started pulling on my shirt or he started pulling on my arm and you have to understand that I had back surgery couple months before that

07:44 I had rods put in my back, very major surgery. I was still kind of laid up from that and I wasn't about to go out on the cement so I grabbed the steering wheel with my other hand and he couldn't pull me out of the vehicle. He got furious and you could see it visibly shaking. The other police officer... A large individual? Yes. A lot of fat at the back of his neck, large watery muscles Yes, I'm friend is large watering muscle a friend who's police officer that you know stated that he knew the gentleman personally and that he was on steroids and by his behavior It looked like some sort of droid rage. He could physically yeah, I made control it gets and I'm serious. It's the hunter instinct

CHAPTER 06 / 11 Discussion

Witness Intervention During Police Assault

Two witnesses at a nearby gas pump observed the officers attempting to pull the paralyzed man from his vehicle while his legs were pinned under the steering wheel. The driver's wife, a probation officer, pleaded with the police to stop, explaining his medical condition and need for a wheelchair. The presence of vocal witnesses caused the officers to momentarily back off their physical force.

08:29 of the wolf trained by the New World Order and he saw someone who was paralyzed, and who had not submitted properly. And I'm serious! He went after it... This official, this authority figure because he works for government which now runs our lives and sucks everything off us is going to tell you how it really worked. He was upset with me because I smarted off him. I told him that my tax dollars could have been better spent You don't do that. This is a king you're dealing with, I'm just telling you. Obviously it was a mistake but the other police officer came up grabbed the hand that i was holding on to the steering wheel with and reached in and grabbed it. I didn't resist let him take it both of them had both my arms and they're trying physically pull me out of vehicle at this point your legs stuck underneath the steering wheel? The only thing holding me in the vehicle was my knee caught on the steering whee

09:27 And at this point I'm getting worried because they're hurting me, I've got rods in my back. I'm in pain at this point and I see somebody filling up their truck with a gas pump about 20 feet away and I said hey you see what they're doing? They are trying to pull me out of the vehicle! And I really couldn't see who it was but they saw... Oh witnesses! Yeah and they kind of backed off And at this point they're screaming, my wife says he cannot get... Your wife who works in their system as a probation officer but was still not protected by the devil dog. They literally scared her to death she said you know he needs his wheelchair quit pulling him out of the vehicle

CHAPTER 07 / 11 Discussion

Globalist Police Philosophy and Citizen Submission

The discussion shifts to a critique of the modern police state, characterizing law enforcement as "devil dogs" serving globalist interests. The commentary suggests that citizens are being treated as "groveling worms" by a system that prioritizes submission over protection. Reference is made to the 7.2 million people currently within the U.S. prison system as evidence of this expanding control.

globalists· new world order· incarceration· police state· submission

10:10 The police officer said, well he can at least get out and lean up against the side like I was lying to him about being paralyzed. Well he screamed at my wife at top of his lungs what does he need to get out? uh... my wife said his wheelchair so they finally he screamed get out and get it now in getting together now at the top of this long that my wife and my life is a is is small lady she's ninety seven pounds soaking wet never broken along our life coming to the letter as matter absolutely there's some missus person well and into the global yes um... not trying to be a trial street help

10:50 Now how we're all groveling worms to them now, myself included. How they are rightful rulers of us and I just want them to know that you're right You're going to do a lot more stuff to us all don't worry 7.2 million in prison now, it's gonna be a lot more of us I'm sorry I'm very angry about this happening but i guess its their right Go ahead and continue please Well if you mean submitting by obeying the law And paying our taxes Not making a fuss I guess you could call it that I'm getting beat up on the side of the road, but please continue. Yeah what happened to protect and serve? They protect and serve the globalists by continuing so she's screaming at her wife get out get down So she gets my wheelchair together uh rolls it around on the side i get out in my wheelchair and he starts searching through my vehicle

CHAPTER 08 / 11 Discussion

Vehicle Search and Disputed Traffic Citations

After the physical confrontation, the officer conducted a search of the vehicle despite the driver's objections regarding his legal rights. Finding no incriminating evidence, the officer issued a second citation for an illegal median crossing near William Cannon, which the driver claims was a fabrication. The driver later paid the littering fine but decided to contest the second ticket and file a report with Internal Affairs.

illegal search· municipal court· internal affairs· william cannon· traffic ticket

11:36 uh... and at this point i was furious and died said some things to him that about lawsuits in the pursuing lawsuits and then coming after him In a legal matter. You're allowed to talk to this God? I mean people long time ago were allowed to talk to Mount Olympus Talked to you know, people about him. But yeah, I think god probably This this god. I still think people are like just talk to God and it's not wrong what he did but what happened next started searching through my vehicle. I said, hey you don't have any right to search through my vehicle. I haven't broken any laws he said i can do whatever i want you just need sit there shut up and the other officer was like hey buddy just relax just relax just calm down and so um... he continues searching through my truck trying to find something to incriminate me and couldn't uh... He then allowed me get back in my vehicle

12:33 And so he wrote me another ticket saying that I crossed the median, that I was going to exit William Cannon and decided not to at the last minute and cross the white line that divides the exit which is complete and utter falsehood. So I went down to the city municipal court. I paid the ticket for littering because I did do that but on the other ticket I was gonna fight it After that, I went down to Internal Affairs and filed a report. My wife went down and filed the report as well. It turned out that the guy at the gas pump who was yelling at me to witness this assault on me happened to be the next door neighbor of a good friend of mine. He had seen my truck

CHAPTER 09 / 11 Discussion

Internal Affairs Investigation and Police Self-Policing

The driver and two independent witnesses filed sworn statements and provided evidence, including a torn shirt, to the Internal Affairs department. Three weeks later, the police department issued a letter stating the officers acted within their rights, clearing them of any wrongdoing. The outcome is compared to Al Capone investigating himself, highlighting the perceived futility of police self-policing.

13:20 at his house and he came over and said to me, I saw everything that happened. He said if you want me to back you up i'll back the whole way. I said I do need somebody go down to internal affairs and fill out a sworn statement well he and his girlfriend who were both filling up their trucks each gas pump went down there and filled out sworn statements we were interviewed by the police um... We showed them the torn shirt, we gave them sworn affidavits. We get a letter back three weeks later in the mail saying that police were completely within their rights basically having a nice day. Look this is the joke of our society they investigate themselves it's like asking Al Capone to well let's call Al Capone and investigate Al Capone so this is just bull and look if they'll attack a guy on a wheelchair who can't walk without you know a walker and leg braces

CHAPTER 10 / 11 Discussion

Confrontation Regarding Mike Helms and Paramilitary Policing

Mike Hanson questions an official about the past treatment of Mike Helms, another individual in a wheelchair who reported being roughed up by police. The official dismisses the claims, stating the case was investigated and cleared. They further debate whether law enforcement is a paramilitary organization or a collection of peace officers, with Hanson arguing against the militarization of local police.

14:18 In front of his wife, who's a probation officer. They'll do it to anybody and they protect him And I'm sure they joke in the locker room Hey buddy picked on anybody else? You know been bust anymore people than Mike Hanson how you doing? I'm doing fine can i ask you couple questions What do you know about the mike helms that you pulled over? In the past he said you roughed him up mike helms in the wheelchair What do you know about that, sir? No. I'm not trying to. I've done my homework, sir. Well good for you. That case was investigated and it's cleared so I can tell you about the case. What other question what do you know about My brother William Hanson that you transferred he reported a bad cop and you transferred him to a walking beat downtown We have a grievance process He could have filed a grievance if he chose to do that

15:17 And you said on the Ritter show that, uh... The trailer park show that you were for a paramilitary police department. No I said law enforcement is a paramilitary organization. No it's not! Absolutely not! It's peace officers. Peace officers! So your'e not educated? A paramilitary We are peace officers. Good talking to you, Mr Hanson I'm not out here trying to create any dissension OK? Well, you are creating dissention when you say I mind my own business when you say that the police department and you want to be our sheriff yes sir You want to be our Sheriff Sir wanted to be a constable didn't yeah well try again because I want to be at Peace Officer. I wanna serve the people I don't wanna hear voters make that decision. Well we'll see
