The Johnny Jensen show, I am the founder and the creator of the High Value Man Project. Putting yourself at the back all the time, being worn out, ground down, frustrated, you know, basically burnt out is never going to enable you to be the man you need or want to be for the rest of the people in your life.

01:24 And that's why so many men struggle. Not that they struggle to be successful. You know, people listening to this, you will be successful. It's the other part, the fulfillment, the purpose, actually enjoying life to the extreme that you should do, really, that you deserve. And this is literally about having it all. The high value man community is, and the coaching hub, to be honest, basically the online group components of my work. I started coaching men in 2019 after my divorce, after my brother's suicide, after 25 years of personal development and coaching work myself.

02:04 It came the reality as I asked myself, how can this be happening? How can all this shit be happening to me? And it was in that moment that I got what if, not like you want these things to happen, but what if they had happened to teach you a lesson? What was the lesson that you were meant to learn? And then what were you supposed to do with it? And as I've shared, the various stories, epiphanies and moments, a couple of them, Reverend T.D. Jake's YouTube video, Don't Drown in a Cup of Water, really holding me to account and realizing that I was scrabbling around, trying to fix and focus and fix on little crap bits of life that really didn't have much of a bearing on the present.

02:52 You know, worrying about the past, ruminating about the past, hoping it's going to transform the present because I'm worried about the future. That's bollocks. That's absolute bollocks. You create a vision for the future. You learn from the past and you live in the present. That is how you create the future. Okay. And what was the other one? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Just really the reality that the lessons, the experiences that we have are sent to teach us. You know, what's his name? Winston Churchill. Alleged to have said, it is alleged. If you search it up online, it is question whether he said it or not.

03:32 But he's widely acknowledged as saying at some point during the Second World War, if you're going through a tough time, keep going. This day shall pass. You know, after every night comes morning, whatever, you know, the sun goes up and the moon goes down. Like wherever you kind of, whatever version of that you want to focus on, who you are becoming in the moment is so powerful. And the high value man community, it was, it has always been part of the vision. It has existed in various guises to various degrees of success.

04:11 If you have heard of Alex Hormosey, he's the muscly guy with the nose, the nose breathing thing. He's absolutely minted off his own back, off his own successes and principles, marketing, sales, and business principles. And I don't know the guy, I can't vouch for him, but so far at least, he seems to be a pretty stand-up bloke. He invested in a product called School a number of years ago. A guy called Sam Ovens created it. And I'm a little bit guilty of not jumping on board sooner because I had a tool already that was being paid for.

04:49 So it all got built there and tried to create something that just, you know, hasn't doesn't have the functions and features that school. school does to really create that sense of community, to provide an awesome learning hub, to enable, you know, members, men, you know, a community of people at different levels. And the high value man project, the coaching and equipping that we have inside of our programs is at different levels from the base camp, where that is free resources available to

05:27 anybody listening, you know, from single dads in the single dad advantage to the relationship reset and men looking to transform their relationship before it gets to the divorce part, before it gets to the single dad advantage and drained to unstoppable. This is kind of the chain of events, you know, men getting burnt out and worn down, relationships crumbling and men having to rebuild after divorce. Like that's the, that's the low value death spiral that we talk about. And it's the antithesis of what we create inside the high value man project, the high value man system for living, which is made up of the 3XE formula and the fire code.

06:03 Like they're the core principles of focusing on yourself, being the man that you want to be, and then creating the life around you. That is showing up for the people in your life as a lover, as a husband, as a as a father, as a friend, and being able to go to bed happy about the life that you're living, the results that you're creating, the ups and the downs, the wins, and I don't really like to say losses, but you know, the wins and the challenges. That's the kind of man who goes to bed like, yeah, I am riding this wave. I'm in control of this shit. Whatever metaphor works for you, right? I'm the master of my destiny. He's the guy that wakes up excited. He's the guy that wakes up with energy and commitment.

06:48 He's the guy that chases down the day. And that's what I want for you. So the reason for this short video, what are we on now? Seven minutes. There we go. So exactly how long Basecamp will stay the price it is, i.e. free, I don't know. High Value Man Project is not cheap. We're not here to create out of scarcity. I do want to provide and enable a level of access for all men. But, you know, fundamentally, I've got a life, a vision for my life that I'm creating.

08:10 And to be able to service, you know, you, you know, the members, my clients at the level I want to, there has to be a, you know, a tiered approach and a higher level where the quality and the commitment, the time and the energy is equal to the reward that's coming back. Okay. So one-on-one elite, you know, I work with men one-on-one. That started off at about £1,200 in 2019. It has at times been as high as £5,000. So that's the extent of the Elite 101. Giving men the group and the community access is so powerful.

08:54 The idea that it's a bit weird and a bit awkward to be around other men and do this is complete nonsense. It's actually the opposite. When you get to see and hear other men, either at the same point in the journey where they're like, yeah, that's what's going on for me. I'm successful and I'm winning, but, or I'm completely on my ass having been thriving and I don't know what's going on. Why is my relationship failing? What am I going to do about it? To hear someone else go, yeah, I'm in that same boat. It's a leveler. And then there's another aspect to it, which is seeing men who've been in your shoes now further down the line.

09:32 It's so important to make sure you're in an environment that you're around other men where they've done what it is that you are planning to do so that you can be mentored from them, so that you can build networks and opportunities with them so that you can learn from their mistakes. So you get to the result that you desire quicker. As we like to say, with. what did I say to the divorce guys? Fewer mistakes in less time with more fun. Okay. Fewer mistakes in less time with more fun. That's the power of community.

10:10 And it's what men do best. If you consider that from caveman days of going out hunting right through to building roads, going to war, working in the fields, farming, digging coal, like putting men in a group together and focusing on an objective is what we do best. And the 2025 version of that, the high value man version, where we are creating an upward spiral so that you live the life that you deserve is what we do. And the group, the inner circle at the launch of the community this week is going to be £49, so about £35 a month.
